### Kayyany's Villa - A Large Family Home 

Charming 5 bedroom house, perfect for family holidays. Spacious yard in front and back, with a variety of indigenous fruit trees and flowering plants, makes the home a private, idyllic get away. The tiled courtyard around the house is suitable as a clean play area for kids. The ground floor consists of a spacious reception area, two bedrooms, large dining room, common bathroom & washroom area, and a modern kitchen equipped with microwave oven, gas range, kettle & refrigerator.  
The space  
Of the five bed rooms, two are air-conditioned. Four bedrooms have attached bathrooms. All bedrooms have private balconies. The large reception area with six chairs and a coffee table is ideal space for entertaining guests. Dining room has a large table with eight chairs. There is also a breakout area that could be an indoor play area for children (badminton or table tennis). There is also a separate store room attached to the kitchen.
