The open living/sleeping room is equipped with a sofabed measuring 140 cm wide and 200 cm long, a Scandinavian wood stove, a digital TV, a flat screen, and a radio. It also includes electric shutters and an exit leading to the terrace.

The apartment is well-equipped with various amenities, including a washing machine, a dishwasher, a fireplace (Scandinavian wood stove), underfloor heating, a television (digital TV, flat screen), and heat available (underfloor heating). Additionally, it offers a maximum capacity of 3 guests, with 1 bedroom featuring a double bed (160 cm wide, 200 cm long) and 1 bathroom.  
  
Other Information  
The open kitchen is fully furnished with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, Nespresso capsules (extra), a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese. The apartment also features a shower/WC combination. The large terrace offers both east and south-facing positions, providing marvellous panoramic views of the mountains and countryside, complete with terrace furniture. Additional facilities include an iron, a hair dryer, and free logs for the wood stove. Internet (WiFi) is provided free of charge, and there is a reserved roofed parking space for 1 car.
