Stunning new build finished 2022. 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, game room w/ custom murals, spacious open concept kitchen & living room, a dining area, laundry room, & 2 outdoor spaces. Enjoy coffee while watching the sunrise over the red rock cliffs on the 23x10 back patio, & after a day of adventures, come relax on the front porch & watch the sunset over the red cliffs in front of the house. 3 blocks from Kanab trail system & K Hill trailhead 1 mile or less from groceries, gas, restaurants This relaxing retreat is a wonderful place to rest, recharge, and make memories with family or friends. The unique decor will inspire you to get out and see the beautiful scenery in the area. The open-concept living/dining/kitchen area offers a great place to gather. Our fully stocked kitchen allows you to prepare meals that you can enjoy at the kitchen island or the indoor or outdoor dining areas. The garage has been converted into a game room and there are two walls with huge, custom murals painted by a talented muralist! The game room includes a ping pong table, pop-a-shot, foosball, and darts. You can fold up the ping pong table and move it to the side if you want to park 1 car in the garage. The Grand Canyon Room: King bed, smart TV, large walk-in closet & attached bathroom with two sinks The Zion Room: King Bed The Arches Room: King Bed The Bryce Canyon Room: Double twin bunk beds There are a total of three full bathrooms in the house. Guests will have access to the entire house, outdoor spaces, and yard. We will not be available on site, but we are always a quick message, text, or phone call away. • 4 miles to Jackson Flat Reservoir • 15 miles to Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument • 32 miles to Zion National Park East Entrance • 74 miles to Page, AZ (Horseshoe Bend, Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon) • 78 miles to Bryce Canyon National Park • 81 miles to Grand Canyon National Park North Rim • 1/2 mile from gas station • 1 mile from grocery stores • Many restaurant options within a couple of miles

Kanab rocks!
This was a beautiful and comfortable home. We enjoyed every part of our stay here including a great time playing darts and ping pong in the evenings. The owners were great to work with and very responsive with communication. Don’t hesitate to book this property. The town of Kanab was also great being centrally located and super friendly people.

One of the Best Places I have Stayed, Awsome Views and very Spacious.
This is a great place, one of the cleanest I have ever stayed. Rooms are so spacious, one of the things that called my attention was the wall art on each room, as someone who likes to visit National Parks and great natural spots I thought this was great to see this at every room. Playroom was very fun. We used the pimpon table and the fusball. Kitchen has everything for you to cook, even though we did not spend time in the house, I think for someone who likes to vacation and stayed at home it has everything you need, the views around house are a plus, we saw one of the best sunsets. Overall great house for your adventure.

Amazing Utah Adventure Retreat
Yes, Kanab looks good on me. My wife and I planned this Utah trip way back in February. I spent a long time looking at the numerous homes that are available. I settled on the Utah Adventure Retreat and we were not disappointed. We were traveling with another couple and wanted the bedrooms to have 2 King beds. This property has 3 king bedroom, plus a bunk room with 2 bunk beds. The Master Suite takes up a good portion of one half of the house and is well planned. The home is brand new and immaculate. It's located at the base of a vermillion cliff and hiking trails are foot steps away. The BLM visitor center is walking distance and has a wealth of information on the national parks and monuments. Centrally located for day trip and back to Bryce, N Rim Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, the Wave and So Coyote Buttes. Zion can also be a day trip, but that was a separate 5 day trip. Kanab is a cool town with lots of dining options 5 to 10 minutes away ( our favorite: Wild Thyme Cafe). The hosts were very responsive and wanted to make us feel at home. All 4 of use were thrilled that we chose this property for 5 nights. Dee and I are already plotting a Utah vacation in 2024 with our adult children and grandchildren. This property will be at the top of our list to book. Thanks to the Perry's for designing and building a perfect vacation home in an idyllic setting!

Fantastic Kanab Stay!
Great property - convenient to Grand Canyon’s North Rim, Zion and Bryce. Kanab’s tourist information building is just a few blocks away- worth a stop. We were able to walk to a trailhead just down the street from the property to start out adventure. House was clean, modern, spacious, light filled and well equipped. The views were outstanding! We loved having 3 bathrooms with 6 adults! Regan was quick to reply to our questions, both before and during our trip. He sent us detailed information about places to go as a follow up to some of our questions. This is a fantastic choice if you are staying with a group in Kanab. Enjoy!

Buddy and Suzanne love this VRBO!!!! No other way to say it. Regan and Travis are outstanding folks and they host a wonderful home. They were “all about making things comfortable for us”. The house has striking views of the cliffs, deep red and rocky! There is plenty of room and organized smartly. The couches and bed were extremely comfortable. I have back issues and usually sleep in a lounger at home, but this master bedroom bed was so comfortable, I was able to sleep in the bed! The garage had all kinds of fun games like ping pong, mini basketball, foosball and darts! We cannot gush enough about this property! We want to come back often!
