Communication is fast and easy. Since we are a group of five adults, we very much appreciated the three king beds in lovely bedrooms. The master has a large ensuite and closet, but the two guest rooms are plenty large and the shared guest bath is divided into two rooms, one with tub/shower/toilet and the other with a spacious vanity and sink. There is seating in the dining room for six people and the living room has a sofa and love seat. Everything was exactly as pictured in the listing, except for the addition of luggage racks in the bedrooms (much appreciated). I would highly recommend this property for visiting Zion, Bryce and the North Rim. ##### JANET M. With such a big family we had a hard time finding a place that was close to downtown, clean, and accommodating. This condo was so clean and worked out so well for us. We biked from the house each night to eat dinner (walking might have been a bit far). We enjoyed how quiet it was and how clean everything was. The manager communicated before, during and after our stay making the process easy. The condo was definitely a new build which made staying there with kids a little nerve wracking haha but we were extra careful and enjoyed the newness and the hot tub was an added bonus.
