The upstairs and downstairs lanais are absolutely private, and comfortably furnished. The bedrooms are far enough apart for privacy, each with an en suite, and a large TV. The kitchen is well-equipped in terms of cutlery and dishes, and the dining room is spacious. Appliances are modern, and in good repair. The A/C and the many fans provide excellent climate-control. It's important to note that the high ceilings lead to the need for lots of stairs, which could be a consideration for some tenants. It should also be noted that use of the attached garage is not included. Kona Coast Vacations provides very active management, with ongoing contact starting from time of booking, and an efficient concierge service. We were happy with our choice. ##### Karl P. Decided to try this place and it was great. Really enjoyed the second floor balcony overlooking the golf course. We were a little worried about noisy golfers but it was quiet and there weren't that many. Cant beat access to the gated beach. Restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. We love this one because of the views of the golf course and sunsets. It's beautifully furnished (altho probably not great for kids because of glass tables and fine art that's breakable in places).
