* From complex management...there will be some construction work on the pool gazebo area which will cause some minor disruption in pool use (when moving in equipment) and some construction noise (hammers and saws). Construction will begin the first week of May 2026 and last for up to 6 weeks.*

Our 'home away from home' townhome is the perfect place to enjoy your vacation! It is luxuriously decorated with top of the line furnishings and orginal art work, yet extremely comfortable and welcoming. Since our townhome is NOT a full-time rental, you can relax in quality and comfort! This townhome is all about location, location, location! It is just steps across the grass to the ultra quiet, tropical free-form pool and spa. Enjoy watching your family in the pool, while grilling dinner on the lanai using the built-in Viking BBQ! Wake up to magnificent sunrises with views of both Mauna Loa and Mauna Kea!

Our townhome features the much desired 'A' floor plan with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and over 1600 square feet of living area, PLUS 428 square feet of lanai! In our private single car garage you will find boogie boards, snorkel gear, an inflatable SUP, (4) adult bicycles, scooters(Razor), beach chairs, a rolling cooler, pool toys, umbrellas and more! All for your use while you are staying with us... ample parking is just steps away!

The Fairways at Mauna Lani was built in 20006 and is a private, gated community situated along the fourth and twelfth fairways of the award winning Francis H. Brown golf course (North Course). The Fairways low density design, lush and tropical landscaping, make it the perfect place to relax...by the quiet, guest only free-form pool with lava rock waterfall and hot tub, or on your private lanai. Enjoy the Fairways many amenities including; private fitness center and clubhouse.

PARKING: Only ONE vehicle may be parked in a nearby outside parking stall. Provided parking pass must be used. A second vehicle may be parked at the nearby Shops at Mauna Lani. Please contact owner to discuss limited use of garage.

KITCHEN:
The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops and GE appliances and everything you would need to prepare a five course meal. There is a round, solid teak dining table with seating for six, along with two complete sets of dishware for eight (formal and casual). Our kitchen is fully stocked~food processor,blender,toaster, rice cooker,condiments,sauces,dry goods and more!

LIVING ROOM:
The open style living room invites you to relax while reading or watching television from the large flat screen TV, with CABLE (DVR available) and DVD/CD player and PS3. Or listen to music on the CD player with optional IPOD docking station!

MASTER BEDROOM:
The upstairs master bedroom is a tranquil oasis with a brand new king size Keetsa Supreme mattress, solid mahogany sleigh bedframe, teak highboy, flat screen TV with CD/DVD player, ceiling fan, a private retreat/office with desk and HP wireless scanner/printer for your use (just bring your laptop!). Private master bedroom lanai with comfortable seating...drink your coffee here in the morning and enjoy the views and tropical breeze. The master bathroom boasts two closets, a walk-in shower, two sinks, and a jetted jacuzzi tub!

SECOND BEDROOM:
The second bedroom features two brand new Casper extra long twin beds which can be converted to a KING size bed if needed, private bathroom, ceiling fan, two closets, six drawer teak dresser, flat screen TV with DVD player, and Nintendo GameCube system (with games!).

LAUNDRY ROOM:
Front loading (water efficient)washer and dryer make extended stays a breeze! The large granite counter-top provides ample space to store your beach towels, extra water and supplies!

From the Fairways, you can walk to the newly built Shops at Mauna Lani and enjoy coffee at Kimos, visit art galleries, shop or dine at Tommy Bahama Café. The very convenient Farm Market has everything you would need for your stay...from fine wine and cheese to fresh produce and the basics! The Fairways is also only a two block walk to the Fairmont Orchid Hotel which boasts the Spa Without Walls, a great beach, and fine dining. Golfing is only a few minutes drive down the road.

We want your vacation to be as fun and relaxing as possible. We have just purchased four new bicycles for cruising around the resort~great for riding to the market/shops/coffee/beach! We also provide you with: beach towels, boogie boards, an inflatable SUP, snorkel gear, beach chairs (and gear), and so much more!

Once the ancestral home of Hawaiian Royalty, the Mauna Lani Resort lays claim to ancient Hawaiian fishponds, three miles of shoreline, historic fishponds, ancient petroglyphs, award winning golf (best maintained courses on the island), green sea turtle nursery, award winning spa, and numerous archaeological sites.

We felt very welcomed into this comfortable, well stocked and well equipped townhouse. We loved being steps away from the very nice community pool which made it seem like our own with a few guests over. The upstairs lanai chairs were extremely comfortable and the view over the palm tree lines pool was fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and spices & oils. There was abundant outdoor gear for biking and beaches. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Things seemed to be pretty good. Cleaning of the unit might need to be upscaled ex: mold on drains in sinks, some dishes (cups) could be replaced. Could use more plastic wear to take to pool area for instance glasses, serving platter, bowl. Overall it was pretty good.

Second time we’ve stayed at this property. Comfortable; well equipped kitchen, some food supplies and spices in cupboards, great grill. Beds are good, rooms are private. Condo is very quiet. Located close to pool and private beach. Lots of beach toys, beach chairs, coolers, and close to a nice grocery store. Owner responds quickly to questions. Would love to go back again.

The condo has everything we needed. Extra spices and food prep items was much appreciated. The beds and pillows were the coziest of our different stays in Hawaii. Lots of room to get a quiet moment from family. The pool was super close for convenience but never loud. The Mauna Lani beach club was a quick drive. Get there early for a parking space. We walked to the resort to see the sea turtles being released on the 4th of July. Rode bikes around the resort area and walked along the shoreline by the Fairmont Orchid. Thanks for a wonderful visit!

Spectacular!

Thank you for the privilege of our stay so we could celebrate our 2 sons and their accomplishments of graduation. The condo was wonderful! Everything was perfect! Comfortable for us all. We cooked many meals, bbq on the lani, swam in the pool that’s just steps out the back, we went snorkeling at the beach club, hiked to a black sand beach, nighttime manta ray snorkel, saw waterfalls, volcanoes, learned lots of Hawaiian history and visited lots of historical places and landmarks. So much yummy food (Lava lava beach club, Fish and the Hog, Hawaiian doughnuts, shaved ice) and so much more. The condo truly felt like home away from home, so thoughtfully furnished and stocked for your comfort and convenience. We stopped at Costco and stocked up on food we needed for the week but so many little things like spices and condiments were provided and if there was anything we didn’t have we were able to grab at a nearby store. Sadly our stay of 9 days went way too fast and we had to say goodbye but our amazing memories will be forever!Thank you again for making our stay so enjoyable we hope to be back sooner than later.

Perfect in So Many Ways!

Laura’s place was perfect for our 8 day family holiday- spacious, great location, clean, and well stocked with everything a family could use on a tropical holiday. We also ate all our suppers in, and the kitchen had everything we needed plus more. Beach club access was another bonus, especially since the location offers some natural shade. Laura was also very responsive to our questions. We would love to return here on our next holiday, thank-you so much for sharing your place!

Great family getaway!

We had a fantastic stay at Laura’s property! She was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a great trip. The home itself was well-stocked with plenty of supplies and amenities, making our stay even more comfortable. The location was perfect—close to lots of fun activities and attractions. Plus, being so close to the pool was a huge bonus! We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back in the future.

This place is magical!

Beautifully appointed home on with all the amenities needed to fully enjoy a vacation on the Big Island. With the pool and hot tub just feet from the lanai, we ended up spending a couple afternoons relaxing there instead of sightseeing - very relaxing. Mauna Lani Fairways

Short of repeating amenities, I'll confirm they are as stated by the description and the excellent reviews. This property accommodated all the wishes we had for our visit to Hawaiii (we didn't realize the pool was right outside our door). It's close to a number of good restaurants (Halani in particular) and to a good grocery store. The owner was very quick to respond to the few questions we had and we would definitely rent again in the future. Thanks, Laura.

Exceeded Expectations!

I had high expectations given the prior reviews, but this property exceeded expectations. After we got home, my wife, said: "Every time I turned around, they had exactly what I needed and it was exactly where I needed it, and I didn't even know I needed it. It's like they thought of everything and went out of their way to make staying here easy and comfortable." A few things that I did not see in prior reviews that might be good for future guests to know: 1. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable! It is by far the most comfortable bed (and pillows) we have ever had at a vacation property. 2. The pool is the perfect temperature and was never crowded. We were always able to find loungers out there. 3. The unit looks so much better in person than it does in the pictures. 4. It seemed the upstairs patio furniture was recently replaced as it looked brand new and was also very comfortable. I did not realize how much time we would spend out there, but the evening breeze was so relaxing we were out there every night. 5. The grill was easy to use. The unit's back porch was shaded in the afternoon and evening (actually most of the day because of the trees), so it wasn't in the blazing sun while I was cooking dinner. It was very comfortable to cook and eat out there every evening. Overall this place gets an A+ (the owners too - they were as kind and accommodating as the prior reviews say!)

Great property, great location

This property was great all around. Plenty of space in the unit. Super clean and well stocked. The garage is filled with equipment for just about any activity you want, biking, snorkeling, boogie boarding, day at the beach, etc. The proximity to the pool can't be beat. You can just hop in right out the back door. The Mauna Lani complex is excellent as well. The unit gives you access to the beach club which is maybe a 5 minute drive. And you can ride your bike or drive to the grocery store and shops just nearby. It was definitely a great vacation spot. I hope we get to return again soon.
