This elegant, single-level ocean view villa is designed for sophisticated island living. It features a sunken living room with sliding doors for easy access between indoor and outdoor spaces, a gourmet chef’s kitchen outfitted with premium appliances, complemented by a new wet bar. Each of the two generously sized primary suites open onto an ocean view lanai and both include a large bath with separate shower and soaking tub. Additional amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans, a private plunge pool, laundry room, a fully furnished lanai with BBQ, and a spacious gated motor court. The residence is just an easy 5-10 minute walk from the renowned Mauna Kea Beach Hotel, the iconic Robert Trent Jones Sr. golf course, and its famous beach beyond, and at sundown, the path is conveniently outfitted with lighting. Guests will be captivated by breathtaking vistas of the ocean, mountains, and golf course.
