ALOHA! Come discover for yourself the magic of Hawaii. This Beautiful Villa is conveniently located in the prestigious Mauna Lani Resort at the Fairways at Mauna Lani and right next to the 5 star Fairmount Orchid Resort.

Mauna Lani Resort sits oceanfront on the finest stretch of shoreline on the sunny Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located 23 miles north of the Kona International Airport, this 3,200-acre resort features 29 oceanfront acres and three miles of secluded shoreline. Guest amenities include two 18 hole championship golf courses North and South, gate access to the private Beach club, Mauna Lani Sport and Fitness club includes tennis complex, fitness center and 25 meter lap pool. This almost new Villa built in 2006 has one of the best locations in the complex. It is located on the 4th Fairway of the Francis H Brown North Course in the luxury gated community “Fairways at Mauna Lani “. The Fairways is a private gated community consisting of 21 two story villas each consisting of six private townhouses. On-site amenities include a large tropical swimming pool with two waterfalls, hot tub, fitness center, and Weber barbeques. Set amongst beautiful tropical gardens.

Whether you came to relax or explore, you have found the perfect place to call home. Professionally furnished with warm woods, and island décor creates a sense of warmth with a tropical flair. The gourmet kitchen, features granite counters, GE appliances and breakfast bar with seating for four. It has everything you need to create a wonderful meal or you may choose to relax and unwind on the lanai and feel the balmy breeze, as you watch the golfers go by. The outdoor Viking gas Barbeque is the perfect place to grill a parker ranch steak or fresh island fish.

The master suite has a king size bed ceiling fan and TV, and an adjacent retreat with writing desk and private lanai with seating. A great place to send your postcards and be the envy of your friends, or catch up on your emails. The spacious master bath features marble counters, dual sinks, separate shower and large soaking tub as well as separate closets. The guest room decorated with island furniture, has a two twin beds, and a separate bath room. There is also a large laundry and ½ bath located on the main floor.

First of all, the owner is kind, attentive and proactive. He is a great communicator and made sure we had arrived safely and had everything we needed. This unit backs up to a beautiful fairway surrounded by trees and has a beautiful view of the evening sun. Top notch cleanliness and, well equipped with a full kitchen, plenty of extra linens, and beach gear galore.

We loved this location. Great location and very quiet! We loved this two-story town home. It was really nice as we felt like we had our own backyard and it was very private. Also the built-in BBQ was a added bonus. The owner/host was very responsive and easy to work with.! The unit was very clean and had a great floor plan! The Townhome was well maintained, and the kitchen was WELL Stocked. We didn't want to leave! Finally, the Mauna Lani beach club was also a huge bonus where we got use of beach chairs and beach cabanas for Free

We are typically easy-going people, but all the little things added up and made the first three days of our vacation incredibly frustrating. Shawn (the host) was very responsive and we appreciated that - but if the unit had been maintained properly, we wouldn't have run into the issues we did. (Not sure the maintenance & cleaning crews are working on his best behalf). - Bathroom on the first floor was unusable the first two days because the toilet wouldn't flush. Handyman came Monday - he pulled the flapper chain off the lever, resolving the refill problem, but it caused the toilet to run constantly (LOTS of water wasted). - Microwave faceplate had fallen off, exposing the wires and inner-workings. - Icemaker in the refrigerator didn't work. Ice melted and jammed the chute; handyman unjammed it, but it refroze by evening. - Second-floor slider-door didn’t lock; handyman fixed it. - First-floor slider-door didn’t lock; handyman fixed it. Worked for a few days; finicky the rest of our stay. - Upstairs toilet didn’t always flush; had to use a pitcher to pour water into the bowl. - Used the gas grill once, ran out of gas - tried swapping the tank, but the regulator was bad. Handyman came back Tuesday - replaced the regulator. - Bath towels were in poor condition - loose strings, knots. The condo has some beautiful furniture and artwork. The high ceilings and AC were great. Would be a 5-star place if it were maintained properly.

This is great condo stuffed with anything for leisure and active vacation, and for any age. Toddler chair, Snorkeling and beach equipment. Kitchen has everything if you need to cook. The complex has great big pool. Store and restaurant are within walking distance, access to private beach club. We had great time and highly recommend this place. Shawn is very courteous and helpful, easily accessible if needed.

Great location to beaches, shops, restaurants, walking along the ocean, etc for a great price. My family loved this spacious, well stocked townhouse in a perfect location. They have everything you would want for a day at the beach. We rented bikes to get around and just so you know, there are only beds for 4 even though it says it sleeps 6. My 16 year old son slept on the couch.

I've stayed at several VRBO's on the Big Island within the same area. The location is great but this place needs general maintenance. Carpets are very stained, walls are banged up, little things that just make the stay less enjoyable. The creaking floors on the second story is very disruptive if you get up in the middle of the night. It also needs a deep cleaning, there were bugs (roaches) in the dishwasher and of course they survive the cleaning cycle.

We loved the location near tidepools & Petroglyph Trailhead, a short drive from several beaches for snorkeling & Hapuna Beach for boogie boards. It was a real plus to have lots of beach equipment like snorkels, fins, boogie boards, chairs & coolers available at the condo. The wonderful pool & spa were just a short walk from home. With 4 adults & 2 kids, we were just a little tight. The master bedroom & bath are huge, second bedroom with 2 twins is fine, however the aerobed, though very comfortable, was a tight fit in the living room area. Kitchen was great & well-stocked with condiments. Lockbox made check-in easy any time. Shawn responded quickly to all questions. We had a great week with this home base. Mahalo!

This unit was very pleasant and comfortable, similar to other Fairways at Mauna Lani units we have stayed at in the past. It is well-equipped and tastefully/comfortably decorated in a somewhat upscale but not ostentatious way. The master bed is very comfortable with good pillows. A/C works well. The kitchen has most everything you might need for typical meal-cooking. There are quality beach towels and several beach items for guest use. Readers should note that the unit overlooks the pool on the back side. This is not a problem, as there is no loud pool "scene" or anything, and in fact if you frequent the pool it's extremely convenient to walk to the pool gate in about 25 steps. Also, be sure to take advantage of the access to the Mauni Lani Beach Club with easy parking, nice beach, and excellent snorkeling. We would be happy to stay here again!

This is a nice and clean property within a safe community. It is about 30 minutes drive from the airport. There's a nice shopping center within 2 minutes drive from the property and you can find excellent grocery there and very nice restaurants and shops.
