Elevated on stilts and accessed by stairs, the home features a bright living/dining space, a modern open kitchen, and cozy bedrooms that comfortably sleep six. Enjoy movie nights on the Smart TV or gather outside on your private wooden terrace with lounge seating and a beach wagon—perfect for sunset strolls and shell collecting with the whole family. Paw-some Adventures Await Pets are welcome here, and they’ll have just as much fun as you! Spend your days exploring the wide, dog-friendly stretches of Banjaard Beach or follow the coastal trails of De Schotsman, where you can roam leash-free during designated hours. Many nearby cafés and seaside eateries offer pet-friendly terraces, water bowls, and the occasional dog treat. Dine Local, Savor Zeeland After a day of sun and surf, indulge in Zeeland’s culinary delights. Walk to the nearby beach pavilion for cocktails and seafood, or head to Kamperland village for local specialties like mussels, fresh-baked bread, and sweet treats. From peaceful mornings by the sea to lively meals with your favorite people (and pets!), this beach house offers a one-of-a-kind coastal escape tailored for comfort, connection, and relaxation. Note: from January 19th to February 1st, 2026, the swimming pool, sauna, and squash court at Roompot Beach Resort will be closed for maintenance. All other facilities will remain available.  
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged Pets will be allowed on request only and a mandatory final cleaning fee applies Pets need to be mentioned during the booking process due to limited availability This accommodation is located in a holiday park.
