### Cozy Lodge Near the Beach

This detached lodge is located in a separate, car-free section of the Noordzee Résidence De Banjaard holiday park. The holiday park is located at just 1 km from the nice sandy beach of the North Sea coast and 5 km from the village of Kamperland. The provincial capital of Middelburg is 16 km away. The modern lodge is comfortable and fully furnished. In the living room, you will find a sitting/dining area and a television. The open kitchen is an extension of the living room and is equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher and a combination microwave. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with TV and a cosy box bed, both with two single box spring beds in a 2-person setup. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a toilet. The televisions have a streaming function. This way, you can stream your favourite series from your phone or tablet. Outside, there is a spacious deck terrace with a fixed bench and garden furniture. There is parking for one car in the holiday park's central car park. At holiday park Noordzee Résidence De Banjaard, various villas, holiday homes and tiny houses can be booked for two to sixteen people. Note: the swimming pool will be closed from Monday, 3 November to Friday, 7 November 2025, due to renovation work.  
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described Type homes are divided into categories. Because these are private properties, they were decorated according to the owner’s personal taste and surface area, furnishing and size may vary – the level of comfort is as described, however. The arrangement of beds (sleeping places, separate beds or double beds) depends on the owner and cannot be determined beforehand. The pictures on display here serve as an example only You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged Pets will be allowed on request only and a mandatory final cleaning fee applies Pets need to be mentioned during the booking process due to limited availability This accommodation is located in a holiday park.
