With three cozy bedrooms—including a fun bunk bed room for the kids—and two modern bathrooms (one with a bathtub!), this retreat is both practical and inviting. Upstairs, you'll find a bright living room and fully equipped kitchen opening onto a private roof terrace—ideal for morning coffee or evening sunsets. Each unit comes with a garden, furnished terrace, and access to a shared indoor pool, creating a perfect balance of indoor and outdoor comfort. Situated in the scenic Kamperland region, you're just minutes from Zeeland’s expansive beaches, the Oosterschelde estuary, and charming marinas. Walk or cycle along the coast with your pet, explore nearby dunes, or visit Neeltje Jans for sea-life fun. With thoughtful resort amenities and plenty of space to unwind, this home offers the best of Zeeland’s laid-back lifestyle and natural beauty. Bring your furry companion along—pets are warmly welcomed here! Stroll together along the dog-friendly Veerse Meer trail or enjoy a beachside game of fetch in the designated pet zones. Afterward, treat yourself to local favorites like seafood at “Seafarm Kamperland” or enjoy terrace dining at “Brasserie Blush,” both offering pet-friendly seating. Whether you're lounging, exploring, or dining al fresco, this coastal escape promises memorable moments for the whole family—including your four-legged ones! Note: from January 19th to February 1st, 2026, the swimming pool, sauna, and squash court at Roompot Beach Resort will be closed for maintenance. All other facilities will remain available.  
You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged Pets will be allowed on request only and a mandatory final cleaning fee applies Pets need to be mentioned during the booking process due to limited availability This accommodation is located in a holiday park. There are multiple units. To book more than one unit, please contact us via chat. For groups (such as groups of friends), young people and last-minute bookings, a deposit of € 50 p..p. / 500 p.p. may apply.
