The house is situated in the centre of the park and the lake of Veere can be found on walking distance. The North Sea beach can be reached in about 20 minutes by bike. A perfect spot for water sports- and nature lovers. The park is characterized by lots of greenery and tranquillity and has a spacious layout. A great place for a relaxing holiday. Multiple facilities like a small supermarket, a restaurant and a surf- and sailing school, where kids can take classes in supping and windsurfing, can be found on the neighbouring campsite. It takes you about five minutes to get there by foot. The house is located on a royal property (900 m2) and situated at the end of a dead-end lane. The sunny garden is enclosed with greenery and offers plenty of privacy. Although the garden is fenced, it is not completely enclosed, so it's best to keep an eye on your four-legged friend. You can enjoy the sun and peace at all times by finding a spot you like on one of the multiple terraces. The smaller guests can enjoy themselves playing in the garden, and in the ‘hidden’ playground the garden provides direct access to. The living room is atmospheric and modernly designed, featuring a cosy woodburner, a flatscreen tv (digital) and a DVD player. Regardless of bad weather, you will always enjoy that great holiday atmosphere in this house. The spacious dining area is directly connected to the outdoors by means of the sliding doors. The modern and open kitchen is provided with a bar and modern equipment like a dishwasher, luxury gas stove, fridge and oven. Coffee lovers do not have to miss their favourite cups of Nespresso either. The living room provided access to two bedrooms with two single beds each. The master bedroom can be reached through the hallway and features built-in closets and sliding doors to the garden. A luxurious bathroom with rainshower, sink and audiosystem is present, so you also enjoy your favourite music while taking a shower. A separate toilet can be found in the hallway and a pantry with washing machine, dyer and microwave oven is also present. You are ensured of peace and privacy during your stay here. As the house is styled and equipped with attention to detail, you’ll quickly fall in love with this bungalow. Naturally, your dog is welcome here as well! Waschmaschine, Trockner, ein zweiten Kühlschrank und einen großen Gefrierschrank. Man hat genug Platz um alle Sachen zu verstauen. Nur muss ich mich manchen anschließen, die Sauberkeit war leider nicht so schön. Die Schonbezüge der Betten waren voller Haare, der Tisch war sehr schmierig. Wir hatten zum Glück einen Haarroller mit. Ansonsten ist die Lage wirklich gut und es ist genügend Platz im Haus und Garten. ##### Simon R. Beispiel: die Gläser stehen in einer Vitrine, diese ist für Kleinkinder erreichbar, daher auch ein regelmäßiger Kleinkrieg zwischen Eltern und Kind. Oder, wir waren zwei Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind, wenn ich mir vorstelle, dass 6 Erwachsene und vielleicht noch Kinder dazu sind, finde ich die sanitären Möglichkeiten mit einer Toilette und einem Waschraum (tolle Dusche) zu wenig. Auch die Mikrowelle war in einem Hauswirtschaftraum, leider ohne Strom, da musste man immer den Kühlschrank aus stöpseln um diese zu betreiben ... ##### Katja B. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet Platz für 6\. Allerdings verfügt das Haus nur über ein Bad, die Toilette ist separat. Gestört haben uns die Türverriegelungen, die zwar optisch nett, aber unpraktisch sind. Leider ist der Erhatungszustand bei genauerem Hinsehen vernachlässigt. Gleiches gilt für den Garten und dessen Möblierung. Der im Inserat genannte Grill ist leider unbrauchbar - was sehr schade ist. Die Einzäunung des Gartens war leider stellenweise defekt und müsste dringend nachgearbeitet werden, damit Hunde hier sicher sind. Alles in allem hat es uns aber gefallen. ##### Beatrix M. Wir haben die Zeit und die Ruhe sehr genossen, das Haus ist super gemütlich mit Holzkamin und der Garten mit viel Sonne über den ganzen Tag war klasse zum Entspannen und für unseren Hund. Der Zaun war hinter der Lounge nicht ganz geschlossen, aber das lies sich schnell mit ein paar Gartenstühlen fixen. Das Binnenmeer ist fußläufig und der große Strand De Banjaard in 5 Autominuten zu erreichen. Die Nachbarshündin bellt bei vorbeikommenden Autos oder Fußgängern - für uns kein Problem, vielleicht aber gut zu wissen für andere HundehalterInnen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! ##### Anna L. Jedoch haben wir das Inserat so verstanden, dass es zwei Toiletten gibt. Eine im Bad und eine extra. Für eine Woche war das jetzt ok, aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt würden wir persönlich das Haus nicht mehr buchen. Was ein bisschen schade war, dass das Grundstück nicht sicher eingezäunt ist für Hunde. Im Zaun - teilweise Naturzaun - waren viele Lücken. Die Sauberkeit hätte etwas besser sein können bei Anreise, aber wir sind zum Glück nicht so empfindlich. Ansonsten war aber alles prima. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub. Séjour de 6 nuits en avril 2022 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Chiara M. 16 nov. 2021 #### Empfehlenswert Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, der Strand ist nur 5 min. mit dem Auto weg. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das Haus ist schön gemütlich eingerichtet und der Garten ist sehr groß. Das Bad mit begehbarer Dusche und Bodenheizung ist Top. Es waren auch eine Waschmaschiene und ein Trockner vorhanden. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Ein paar Abzüge gibt es dennoch. Es ist ein Kamin vorhanden der auch super funktioniert, allerdings ist das Holz privat sprich wir mussten selber Holz und Anzünder kaufen. Es ist oberflächlich sauber, aber wenn man genauer hinguckt leider nicht all zu ordentlich geputzt. Aber mit ein paar Handgriffen kann man das selber putzen. Vor der Abreise gibt es eine Liste, die man abarbeiten muss, sonst gibt es pro unerledigten Punkt minus 15€ von der Kaution. Ich finde wenn man so penibel auf diese Punkte wert legt muss auch die Sauberkeit etc. stimmen. Bei Abreise muss man den Schlüssel wieder wegbringen (ca. 20 Min fahrt) was für uns hieß einem Umweg fahren zu müssen. Besser wäre es wenn man den Schlüssel einfach dort in den Schlüsselsave vor dem Eingang hinterlegen könnte. Alles im allem ist es aber eine schöne Unterkunft mit viel Platz und toller Lage. ##### Chiara M.
