The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house built in 1960, was renovated in 2024 and is furnished in a modern and luxury style. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac road, in a residential area. Also due to the view over the valley from the property and its quiet, sunny and secluded hillside location at the edge of the forest the domicile is popular. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.LocationKamp-Bornhofen, district Kamp. The holiday apartement is located on a 1200 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Property with stream Fantastic location on the edge of the forest with an unobstructed view of the Middle Rhine Valley Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the street in front of the house. There is a charging station for electric cars in the village (1000 m).
