I booked this room for an overnight medical trip, based on the pool, hot tub and continental breakfast. I did have to book a more expensive room as the first one I was looking at got booked but it worked out as it was on the same floor and across the hall from the pool. The pool and hot tub were kind of dirty. The walls of the pool could use a good scrub and the jets in the hot tub weren't very powerful, but were great temperatures and we had both to ourselves both times we swam. The continental breakfast was awesome. I loved the pancake machine and the breakfast room had a great view of the city and mountains. Our beds and pillows were SO COMFORTABLE!!!!! I wanted to take them home with me. And the bathrooms came equipped with Dove body wash, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, which was an unexpected surprise. Location is great. A lot of restaurants and the mall all within walking distance. Parking was not necessarily limited but tight, possibly due to construction. Was quiet for me, even being on the ground floor. I will definitely stay again when I come back for medical appointments.

Our bathroom fan started flooding water from the ceiling at 11:30PM from the room above us. The staff gave me a pail and said keep an eye on it and well give you a refund on our stay. I received a $50.00 off my room. Poor customer service very dicey management. would not recommend to anyone. ever!

This hotel was in a decent area, near the shopping mail and lots of places to eat. There was no wait time to check in which was nice and the staff were kind. The room was big with a nice view. Parking was good when we were there, though, there was not much of it, so a busier weekend may cause a problem. The hotel room was pretty clean other then a little stain on our sheets. The rooms are outdated but nothing looked to be falling apart or moldy. All around a good choice for the price of the room, we have been before and will most likely stay again.

Terrible parking options, one way exit with no room to turn around. Room was not very clean, bathroom was disgusting. Luckily only there for a very short stay. Checking in had staff had no idea what they were doing, had to come back down to finish process as they never charged my credit card. Do not advertise you serve breakfast, stale, cold, very limited options or empty containers. Will never stay here again and would not recommend.

I had booked a reservation for my son and his friends and so I had been asked to provide IDs for all the guests as well as mine. I also provided a credit card for the check-in to be processed smoothly. At check-in time, the person at the front desk did not even bother to check that the documentation required was there, along with a note from the manager. He then asked for. 200 dollar deposit to process the check-in. Very disappointing

We had the 2 bedroom suite which was fantastic to share with our 3 children. Rooms and washroom were super clean. Beeakfast was basic but good (the usual muffins, bagels, toast, omelettes, sausages, hash browns)plus pancakes, juice and coffee. Location was central and close to everything. We enjoyed our stay!
