« While the staff were very friendly and accommodating, my overall experience was disappointing. Upon collecting the keys, I walked into reception and was immediately met with a strong curry odor, which was quite unpleasant. Unfortunately, my room was located right next to reception, and the smell had permeated the space, making it difficult for me and my fellow travelers to relax. I had to sleep with the window open, which meant dealing with noise from passing pedestrians, and my companions...

« Overall a very nice and clean property ….obviously at a hefty price. Check in experience was very poor as we arrived on Sunday just before 5pm and had no communications from reception about accessing our property keys….so it all started with uncertainty. Not a pleasant start. And then one of the main cooking gas stove burner wasn’t functional so also the light/plug systems in the master bedroom. No one expects a poorly maintained appliances to deal with when one books a luxury stay. »
