Perfect holiday rental for couples and families planning a trip to Phuket! Our stunning penthouse apartment at Icon Park offers the ideal combination of a prime location and exceptional amenities, making it the perfect choice for your Phuket getaway.  
Located just a 5–10 minute walk from Kamala Beach, restaurants, massage shops, Big C, and Tops supermarkets, the apartment ensures convenience and easy access to everything you need.  
The building features an open design with panoramic views, a swimming pool, a sunbathing area, a sauna (available for an extra fee), a fitness studio, 24-hour security, and private parking.  
This two-story apartment offers a sense of enhanced space and comfort. Large floor-to-ceiling windows maximize the garden-like tropical views and flood the space with natural light. The high ceilings and open layout create a sunny, homey atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxation.  
The apartment includes two beautifully decorated bedrooms and two bathrooms. The upper-level master bedroom features a king-size bed and a sofa bed, comfortably accommodating one adult or two children. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for self-catering, including a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, small oven, coffee machine, and kitchenware. Step outside to the large outdoor patio with furniture and open views, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.  
Electricity usage is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 THB/kw used. To keep costs down, please close windows and doors when using the AC and turn off the AC and lights when leaving the apartment.   
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee.  
Late check-in is available upon request.
