Gas boiler for heating and hot water 24/7, two (2) air conditioners for cooling and 2 fans.  
Full of sun and wind all day long (not easily depicted on photos).  
Smart TV 55”, Netflix for free.  
High speed internet 300 Mbps.  
Security apartment door.  
Sun shades at the balconies.  
Blinds on doors and windows.  
Pleasant and relaxing stay grace to all the above.  
Self check-in available.  
Housing service dedicated to individuals, families, groups of friends traveling for leisure or business. It represents an ideal solution for those who prefer the warmth and comfort of a house rather than the room of a hotel.  
  
The house keeper, Chemical Engineer, Msc in Productive Systems has the knowledge to comply with the protocol for cleaning and disinfection of the property, according to the instructions of the Greek Ministry of Health, the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control and the W.H.O. In addition, since the corona crisis she has enlarged the stock in the apartment of Hand sanitizer, Antibacterial hand washes, Antibacterial cleaners for guest use.  
The house keeper takes care of the property on a daily basis in order to provide to her guests with everything they need for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
