Staff was very unhappy to hear that . Only after our threats to call our credit card company, they gave us different room. WIFI didn’t work. The room suited the purpose of a quick, last-minute overnight stay in Kalabaka. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only disappointment was that the wifi did not work in the rooms, but if you just need to check email a few times or get information, it was fine to go down to the lobby for a short time. This hotel is a hidden jewel behind the main streets of Kalamabara. We were there for only one night but we very happy with the room, location, and breakfast.
