« Enjoyed yesteryear charm. Excellent little touches. Be prepared to travel for Cafe's in Rawene. Great to walk the Kohukohu village up past the school to appreciate the wonderful old villas. Most were built in the 1800's. Best to purchase a concession card for ferry travel. Much cheaper. »

« I had a fantastic stay here. Needed to get away and have some time out and I absolutely found that here. Great views especially at night of the stars and Mangonui all lit up across the harbour. The cabin was very cozy and having sky sport was a nice treat also. The complimentary eggs were a nice surprise and very tasty. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to get away to check this place out. Well worth it and the Donkeys seem to love having visitors also. »

« Property is true to the listing!! Pretty, clean, spacious, stocked with linen and kitchen supplies! Walkable to the beach (basically on the beach 1 minute walk down the drive to the water) gorgeous bathrooms, incredible group seating with an outside fire pit and a great covered deck. There is also an incredible winery just 5 minutes away from the VRBO. We are already raving about how wonderful this listing is we are very thankful for the owner’s hospitality. »
