The garden pool will begin renovations on Monday, February 3, 2025, with an expected closure of up to 6 weeks, barring any delays. Updates on the reopening will be provided. To reduce sand entering the ocean pool during high surf, temporary measures have been put in place, including sandbag barriers and rubber mats. These measures aim to minimize pool closures while the garden pool is being renovated. A permanent solution will be addressed after the garden pool reopens. We appreciate your patience with the temporary setup. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 3. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Oct 30, 2024 #### What an amazing location and view!!! I just returned from an incredible stay at Hale Ohana 317\. A two-bedroom oceanfront condo. I can’t recommend it enough! The views from the balcony were simply breathtaking, and waking up to the sound of waves was a dream come true. The condo itself was well-appointed, featuring modern amenities and a spacious layout. We loved having a fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals while enjoying the incredible ocean views from the balcony. The saltwater pool right by the ocean was a highlight for me. There’s nothing like floating in the pool while watching the waves crash nearby. The freshwater pool was also a great option for a more traditional swim. Both pools were clean and never felt crowded. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the cabana area. It had a lovely seating space, perfect for gathering with friends or just lounging with a book. The three BBQs made it easy to grill up dinner while enjoying the ocean view—what a perfect way to unwind! Every evening, the community gathered at the ocean wall for the sunset conch blowing, which added a unique touch to our experience. It was a wonderful way to connect with fellow guests and celebrate the end of the day together. The sandy beach area was great for lounging, reading a book or taking a nap, it felt like our own private paradise. Overall, this condo offered the perfect blend of relaxation and community.
