Better access to the belt road,even though Alii drive is close. Nice shopping center within a mile and you can walk to the harbor or Outrigger hotel for something to do. Can't stress enough how quiet it is. For the amount of people in the area you rarely even hear a car or anyone talking. ##### Robert N. The condo has a beautiful view toward the ocean and the gorgeous sunsets. A great location for exploring the Kailua and south Kona area. The condo is comfortable, clean, bright and quiet, It's not what we would call luxurious, fairly simple in its furnishings and decorations. Grocery store is located conveniently close. Nice kitchen with modern appliances. Two levels, both with air conditioning, although we were fine with only the ceiling fans and the ocean breezes. We had some questions arise, and management was quick to respond, although we found the TV system difficult to understand without any documentation available (we did figure out enough to enjoy watching the Merrie Monarch hula competitions). Overall, a nice place to stay in Keauhou. ##### William C.
