Excellent location. Quiet neighborhood. Sleep 10 Do you like an unobstructed panoramic view of the ocean and sunsets? Comfortable beds? Air conditioning in 4 zones? Quiet neighborhood? Excellent location in the heart of Kona? Free WiFi? This house has it all. Wake up in the morning and have a coffee on the very large lanai overseeing the ocean, or you might want to watch the sunset from your own lanai while you have diner with a view. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Sleep 10\. Two bedrooms have king size beds, 1 bedroom has a queen size bed and one bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room for one adult or 2 children. Major upgrades were done in the Winter of 2024\. Most of the flooring and cabinets were replaced. It has a new bath with large walk in shower. It has a new kitchen with monkepod wood, granite countertops and it is stoked very well. The house is located at 700 feet elevation to capture the cool breeze . It has stairs from the garage to the house, therefore it is not going to work for people who can not climb stairs. Only the main floor is for rent. It takes a bit of a drive up some steep hills to get to the house and we had a little bit of a mixup at check-in, but Radu quickly resolved everything and got us into the house ASAP. So many things were provided for inside the home, including snorkel and beach gear, and they thought of everything. Everything was absolutely beautiful! This home offered everything we needed. We prepared breakfast and dinner at home and found the kitchen well-stocked, clean, and furnished with new, high-end appliances. The open concept enabled all ten of us to enjoy each other’s company. The beds were comfortable, and the 2 1/2 bathrooms fit our needs. The grounds were beautiful, and we spent a lot of time on the lanai. Watching the sunset was never missed. The house is conveniently located. The notes from Radu, the property owner, gave us helpful tips on places to visit. I honestly have NO cons at all. I have used VRBO for over 20 years, and this is easily the best place we have ever stayed! ##### Betty G. Given the altitude the air is much cooler than at sea level. The owner Radu is very kind and helpful, and also gave us valuable tips for visiting the island.
