Great place

Very nice location. Good view of the ocean. We saw whales and dolphins from our balcony. Close, but not too close, to restaurants and shops.

Great location and place!

Loved all the food recommendations in the binder, they were spot on, location was great and enjoyed walking into town. Place was super clean, we loved spending time on the lani and enjoyed the beach and snorkel gear. Highly recommend staying here!

Gorgeous view @Sea Village

We really enjoyed the gorgeous views and peaceful place! It was just as the pictures showed! Well stocked kitchen! Beach chairs and snorkeling gear. The pool was beautiful with great views of the ocean. There were grills and picnic tables to use in the courtyard. They were cleaned by staff every morning!

Great place to stay

The location and amenities of this property can’t be beat! The condo was very clean with a great view of the ocean and mountain and the owners were easy to communicate with prior to our arrival.

Walking distance to downtown. On water view on lanai WiFi and cable intermittent picture freeze or not avaiable on occasion usually in evenings. Watch sunsets instead.

Perfect Location, Great Views

We enjoyed our stay and the location can't be beat! It was a warm week so we were so thankful for the ACs in the living room and bedrooms. Kitchen had all the things we needed. Balcony had a lovely view.

Perfect family friendly accommodation

This unit was exactly what our family of 4 was looking for! The unit was stocked with everything we needed for our day trips to the beach (chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc.) and came equipped with a Graco Pack 'N Play, which was great for our little one. The pool and grill area at Sea Village was very convenient and always clean. Jon was incredibly responsive to questions leading up to and during the trip. If we return to the Big Island, I wouldn't hesitate to rebook here.

Great Location

What a beautiful property and central location to Kona and the Big Island. The owners completely set up their unit with everything to make your stay relaxing and accommodating, everything was well organized, clean and available for your use, a real gem and gorgeous view of the bay.

Location was perfect-right on water, wouldn't stay anywhere else in Kona area. Communication with Jon was 5 stars. Would definitely stay here again. Place was perfect for me and my wife

Nice condo

Good location close to the main attractions in Kona but far enough away to be quiet. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Parking is easy and the sunset views from the lanai are great.

Great condo!

This is a great oceanfront condo. We spent 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Every room has an AC which is great! Owner is very nice and allowed us to check in early. Communication is also very good. Will stay again when we go back!

My family of 4 was very happy with this property at Sea Village. Nice pool and BBQ area and the suite was extremely clean, comfortable, and well organized! We would stay here again. Jon was very easy to connect with and was very helpful.

The communication was fabulous and the condo was exactly as depicted! The location was fabulous for the water excursions we planned. We wish we had more time to spend on this side of the island as there’s so much to do. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The condominium itself was wonderful. The grounds were immaculate. The pool And grilling area were great. The lanai was perfect! And to top it all off, the owners were attentive and kind.

Location, view, and amenities!

Nothing beats having that first cup of morning coffee while gazing out at the water with a view of Kona! This condo was perfect for the four of us. The kitchen was well equipped, great grills available, and for the moments when we weren’t out communing with the fishes, the pool was inviting.
