Very close to a big shopping center with a lot of restaurants, a grocery store, a drug store, and a movie theater. Keypad on the door is easy to operate. We sat outside for morning coffee and after dinner drinks nearly every day listening to the waves. The complex is very nice and this unit is near the oceanfront pool. This unit has everything you need- well-supplied kitchen, pool towels, beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, coolers, etc. Just bring your swimsuit and enjoy! We booked a manta ray night snorkel which was a short 5 minute drive. Highly recommend you include this activity. We brought our 10 month old baby on vacation and wanted a lanai with a view. Although this unit is right next to the public pool and people do wander into the lawn in front of the unit it does feel like you still have your privacy. The pictures in the listing don’t do the view justice at all. Full oceanfront view with double-wide bi-fold doors. Great working AC. Clean and bug-free, which is tough to find on the islands. Amenities were great, too. Good working condition beach chairs and umbrella, baby floaty, cooler, large TV’s. The open walk-in showers were great too- super easy with all the washing up you do after beach or pool time. The access to the ocean-front pool was fantastic, too. Each morning we would sit on the lanai and read or eat breakfast. The view was so great it was almost hard to get going in the morning. Our unit was ready before check-in so the property manager let us check-in a few hours early which was nice. The unit was spacious and has a great view of the ocean (either with the lanai doors open or closed). Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. Rice maker and bean grinder were a plus. Brand new full size washer and dryer came in handy for washing beach towels and not having to pack as much clothes. There were no steak knives but a call to the PM resolved that and they brought them over that day. The Ocean pool next to the unit was closed for renovation which wasn't a problem as there are two other pools close by. In fact it made for quiet morning and evenings on the lanai with no one at the pool. The barbecue by the Ocean pool is in pretty bad shape and needs to be fixed (hard to light and one burner barely stays on). There are beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. for the beach. Check-in and check-out process were seamless. We will definitely be coming back here again. ##### Jon F.
