It is bright and warm with tropical furnishings plus everything you need for the perfect vacation. Located in the heart of downtown Kona, you will have a gorgeous 180 degree view of Kailua-Kona town, Kailua Bay, the Pacific Ocean plus the West Hawaii sunset with the possibility of a “green flash” every night! Kailua Village is a well-designed and immaculately maintained property in one of the best locations in Kona. You will see ocean views from the living room and the bedroom plus you will see the sunrise over the mountains from the kitchen every morning. Enjoy cool ocean breezes lulling you to sleep at night plus ceiling fans are located in the living room, bedroom, and on the lanai. The unit is also air conditioned for your comfort, day or night. You are only one block from the ocean and all of the best restaurants, bars, art galleries, jewelry stores and other shops, plus entertainment. That includes an all-inclusive luau with authentic Hawaiian show, food, and drink, all at the water’s edge just two blocks away! When you choose to stay in, this gem of a kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need including stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker for your fresh Kona coffee, blender, all other small appliances, and essentials. The farmer’s market is just around the corner for you to buy fresh produce and other Hawaiian treats. The unit has been freshly decorated throughout in the true spirit of Hawaii with new plank flooring, new bamboo cabinets, new granite countertops, new tropical furniture inside and out, a new flat screen TV, a new king size bed, new towels and linens, and all other new bath accessories. There are two elevators for your convenience and laundry facilities are located on the first floor. You will have assigned parking and have access to the pool and barbecue grill. If would like to save the rental car charges and not pay high gas prices, you are just a short walk to Kailua village or you can have my private driver take you wherever you want to go on the island. Just set up the day and time and I will arrange it, from the airport to Kailua Village and beyond!
