Only thing marring the view is power lines stretched across in front of the bay. Otherwise it was great watching whales, dolphins, swimmers, kayakers, and cruise ships all right in front of the condo. There is traffic noise to contend with as some drivers cruise by with music cranked up. Lots of restaurants nearby and pretty much everything we needed was within walking distance.The condo itself was nice and comfortable. The chairs on the lanai were recliners so that made it very relaxing to watch the goings on out on the water.The property manager was very responsive. Every morning we watched the waves crash on the shore while enjoying a cup of coffee. The location was an easy distance to many wonderful restaurants and shops. We were also close to the Kailua Bay Pier, where we watched a pod of spinner dolphins swimming amongst the distance swimmers, and were able to pick up a sunset boat tour.
