The complex was quiet, nicely landscaped and clean even though it is older. We did not use the pool or hot tub, so can't comment on that. The dedicated parking spot was close to the unit. Thank goodness for the air conditioners (window units in living room and bedroom) as it was very warm when we were there. The bed was very comfortable. Check in was easy and directions to the condo were accurate. Erika supplied good information on the area, the unit and was very responsive to all of our questions. Walkable to restaurants, shops and boardwalk along ocean. Accommodations were excellent. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, couch was comfortable. Nice sized unit with A/C. Everything is well organized and explained just what you see online. The view from this property is spectacular as you have a view of the Ocean from the deck.
