### Gorgeous remodeled condo Oceanfront! SUNSET!
Elegance on a budget! This quiet third floor end unit has spectacular ocean views from throughout the condo. Our air-conditioned condo overlooks the beautifully manicured grounds with unobstructed ocean views. The kitchen has concrete countertops and top-end appliances. Our condo offers everything you need to have an enjoyable holiday in paradise. The condo is beautifully furnished. Comfy slipcovered sofa, inside and outside dining. New linens, fluffy towels. You can look out to the ocean and mountains while relaxing in the king-size bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower for easy accessibility. The open kitchen and living room area opens to the lanai. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. A washer and dryer add to the convenience of the unit. There is cable TV in the living room and the bedroom. There is a safe for valuables. Beach towels and snorkeling equipment, cooler and boogie board are provided. Free Wi-Fi is available in the condo.
This small ocean front complex reflects the style of old Hawaii with well-maintained, lovely grounds and all the conveniences of home. This safe, secure complex has a great barbecue area with picnic tables where people gather for friendly conversation or to watch the sunset and enjoy dinner. The pool is heated and surrounded by lounge chairs and tables. There is a sandy area adjacent to the ocean where one can bask in the sunshine in lounge chairs or enjoy the shade and cooling ocean breezes while watching dolphins, whales and turtles. This is a NO SMOKING property, with no smoking allowed on the lanai or the grounds. The condo association requires a 5-night minimum stay.
A convenience store with a deli, beer, wine, newspaper, etc. is 100 yards away. Town is about 1 mile away with restaurants, shopping and a great farmers market where you can find pineapples, papayas, mangoes, avocados, bananas, and lots of vegetables.
The aloha spirit of the people here add to the overall enjoyment of Kona Isle. This truly is paradise!

We stayed here while in town for a wedding and it was the perfect spot to hang out in between events. The lanai was an absolute gem and the perfect spot to catch a sunset. The pool was refreshing and the grounds were fabulous. We would definitely stay again!

My partner is having some health issues that limited our ability to leave the property as much as we normally would. He was so happy to sit on the lanai and watch the ocean on the days he couldnāt leave. We saw dolphins several times from the lanai and the sunsets were gorgeous. When he would nap during the day the beach out front was a great place for me to sit and read. You can hear the waves all the time but especially at night. We both slept so well, the bed is very comfy. Itās a cozy space but we felt very comfortable for the two weeks we were there. Itās an older complex but the grounds are well maintained, the grills are the best ones Iāve ever seen in Hawaii! We would stay again, happily.

Very enjoyable stay and we loved the convenient location to town. The small quiet complex and well-kept grounds were perfect. The view from the unit was incredible! We loved having breakfast and relaxing in the evenings on the lovely lanai. Saw a large pod of whales on our first morning right from the lanai. A great unit for 2 people. I hope to return on my next trip to Kona. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with.

This was our second time staying in this beautiful in so many ways condo. The view is perfect. The complex grounds are pretty and the pool is quiet. Centrally located, close to Kona and near a nice outdoor market place. Our teenage granddaughter enjoyed swimming in the natural pool adjacent. We hope to visit again.

My husband and I loved our stay here. It was the perfect location & had the convenience of being close to restaurants & activities. You are in the more touristy area of the island but this condo was very quiet and well maintained! The owner has snorkel gear, an ice chest and beach chairs also provided if you choose to use them. We felt the pictures provided are an accurate representation of their condo. We loved having coffee & breakfast on the lanai everyday followed by happy hour in the evenings.

This had everything we needed and wanted -- oceanfront, quiet, clean, private, and great location. The only glitch was that we weren't given the condo # so we had to contact the building manager when we got there to find out where it was. We plan on returning to this location often.

We loved our 6 nights at this special spot. We arrived very late so waking up the next morning was a beautiful welcome. Very quiet small complex which is exactly what we were looking for as we needed to decompress from our work schedule. The unit is great, every we needed and then some and the bonus of having a/c was a great way to live comfortably during our visit. We would come back and stay again on our next visit. Can't go wrong with this space and location. Dream goals were met and appreciated.

The grounds are immaculate and exceptionally well maintained. The view from the lanai has to be one of the best, if not, the best location in the complex. We spent much time enjoying our meals and drinks on the lanai. While seeing an occasional whale and the many boats and canoes sailing by. The unit was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Certainly an enjoyable stay.

We have been to the Hawaiian Islands 10 times. Twice to the Big Island. This is the best place we have ever rented. We picked it due to the high rating, and it was accurate. We were there over the 4th of July. It was clean, comfortable, and quite. Even on the 4th. Perfect location, perfect view, perfect condo. Wish I owned it!

Condo is exactly as pictured - very nice, clean, well-equipped and with a gorgeous view (especially at sunset!). Owners were very responsive; for example there was no kettle in the apt. and they delivered a brand new one within a couple of hours of our asking. While no direct access to ocean, the ābeachā seating area was lovely. Area where the complex is located is ok - but be prepared to drive everywhere.

You canāt beat the views from this third floor corner unit, the lanai was a treat any time of day or night. AC worked well when we needed it at night. Kitchen was well stocked, instruction book clear and communication with owner great. The remodel is now dated, and a bit worn out. The mattress needs to be replaced and the fridge didnāt work, which we discovered the day after we had loaded it with groceries. Thankfully there was a small fridge in the condo we could use. Owner was in the process of getting a replacement fridge. Unit was clean but needs a deep clean (screen in the shower, dusting light fixtures, grout, etc. )The grounds and pool are excellent, loved the lounge area on the ābeachā and pool. Overall, we expected a bit more for the price, based on our many previous Vrbo rentals.

#### Cute, Comfortable & Convenient!
This condo was absolutely perfect for our 9-night stay! It's just south of the little strip of restaurants & touristy shopping in "downtown" Kailua-Kona. It was a little further than what we would consider walking distance, but it's doable if that's your jam. The condo is a 3rd floor walk-up and it's 2 buildings back from the parking lot. A bit of a haul with luggage/groceries/gear - but totally worth it once inside the condo! Absolutely beautiful views of the ocean from the moment you step inside! Ocean view from the kitchen/living area, ocean/property/mountain views from the lanai, the shower & the bedroom! And you can hear the ocean from everywhere, all the time. Even if you choose to use the A/C & close the windows & sliders. The split A/C units (one in the living room, one in the bedroom) work very well & are quiet. We only used it at night & we were very comfortable. It was late June/early July; when it's not the middle of Summer the ocean breeze is probably enough to keep the unit comfortable. The furniture is very comfortable, including the bed & pillows. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need. We had one maintenance issue but we contacted the property manager who responded within 10 minutes & the condo owner remedied the issue the next morning. The condo complex is very quiet, very well taken care of & the small beachy area was an excellent place to hang out & catch the beautiful sunsets. Pool is nice & also well maintained. Mahalo!

#### Our PLEASANT February stay
We found your property and condo very delightful. The condo had most everything we needed for cooking, had plenty of towels for personal, pool and sun, beach chairs, snorkeling equipment. Even some basic spices in the kitchen, enough paper goods for most of the week which we refreshed before the end of our stay. Sufficient cleaning supplies and nice appliances. It took a couple of tries to understand the dishwasher and the washer dryer combo. All was in great working order . The nightly sound of the waves put us to sleep and the view from the lanai was Awesome as was the whale watching from the same spot. The property was quiet and pretty much occupied by our same vintage šš The manager is hard working and we often observed him cleaning the grill area, raking the sand and all around cleaning and maintaining the grounds. Very nice man and Iām sorry to have not asked his name. Parking was easy and all in all we would visit this condo again. We loved the little market walking south and across the street. All the vendors were so nice. The Ahi Poke bowl was amazing, so was the chocolate vendor, the Hawaiian soap, etc. I brought my Ukulele and enjoyed the sunsets as I played. The waves were pleasant and quite loud so I donāt think anyone else could hear my playing and thatās okay, lol. One drawback is that there arenāt a lot of routes to walk other than the busy Alii Road. Time to upgrade your sheets and the comforter was getting rather pillballed . Mahalo ššš“
