We like to cook in and the kitchen had what we needed! The lanai and the views of the ocean and sunsets were really awesome. Location is a little interesting but you definitely feel like you're in the tropics with lots of birds and creatures making sounds in the night. The cow and the rooster added to the experience. Only complaint was the yapping dogs at the neighbors house. We also appreciated the beach gear - cooler, snorkeling gear, and boogie boards. The house location was perfect as it was close to the heart of town yet felt as though we were in the country. We enjoyed over looking the pasture and greeting the goats each morning while picking fresh papayas off the tress that lined the driveway. The house was stocked with everything you would ever need from house items to beach items. The house was extremely clean and the beautiful decor was a bonus. Either new construction or newly remodeled. Great view of the ocean and sunset. Papaya trees ripe for the picking on the property. Sleeping accomodations were sooo comfortable. The kitchen was clean and spacious with plenty of seating for the whole family. Anything needed for food preparation was there. In-unit laundry was a big plus. The fans and elevation kept the house comfortable at all times. Snorkel gear, boogie boards and surf gear were there to use free of charge along with coolers and beach chairs. The living room was spacious, comfortable, and could sleep an extra \~3 people if necessary. The walk in closet in the master bedroom was ginormous and could sleep another person on the air matress (located in the kids bedroom closet) if needed. This was a really great property. The house owners live up the hill about 100 feet so if you need anything they're right there.
