The condo features tile floors, fully remodeled kitchen, a brand new split-system AC, remodeled full bathroom with step-in shower, recently replaced queen Murphy fold-up bed, plenty of seating in the living area and bar, flat screen TV with Free Wi-Fi, and a gorgeous newly landscaped lanai with sitting and dining area. This complex boasts an ocean-front pool with a shared cabana that has seating, public bathrooms, and a lava rock grill. Perfect to hang out, watch gorgeous sunsets, and have a great meal. What we didn’t like: 1)the darkness of the unit and lack of spot to sit in sunlight without having to walk a half block to the community area. We basically used the patio as our sitting spot. When we in the unit, we used the patio for our sitting area because it was outdoors .2)the noise from upstairs unit. You can hear people walking around/ taking shower. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it was a small nuisance… Overall this is a great unit, priced affordable for this area. Perfect spot for a base for exploring the area., which is what most of us do while we’re visiting. ##### Kathleen B.
