Comfy spot right in the heart of Kona town. This is an older property and the unit has been really nicely renovated. Small but space is used well so just right for 2 adults. All of the important things were just right - nice shower, decent bed, just enough counter space for coffee and snacks, and good AC. Pool area is close by and is perfect for a cool dip. No this is not a show place with an incredible view. However, would definitely stay here again as it is clean comfortable and convenient. ##### Ross T. The landscaping was gorgeous and they had a private pool. The boogie boards and cooler that the host left was helpful and made our stay that much more fun. The complex was beautiful, the apartment was perfect - great facilities, comfy bed, and lovely and clean! There is lots of beach equipment - body boards, chairs, umbrella, snorkels & fins. The location is perfect - a short walk to restaurants, shops, amazing Kona coffee and a number of beaches, amazing for snorkelling. Safe to say we didn’t want to leave, and we will certainly be back! ##### Samantha A. However, the property is old and maintenance was lacking. The pool area needs some maintenance and was not appealing. Parking was limited and we had to find a spot on the street several blocks away even though each unit is supposed to have a parking spot.The condo was clean and updated. ##### Sharon F.
