It is walking distance to all of the local restaurants, coffee shops, galleries, churches and farmers market. Also, just a short walk to the beach. This upper floor studio has a queen size Murphy bed with memory foam mattress. The Kitchenette has a full size refrigerator & sink, an induction cook top, full size microwave. The bathroom has a full size walking shower. One Murphy Queen size bed. This studio is not suitable for children since it is located on the 3rd floor. This studio is not suitable for pets due to being on the third floor. Very well equipped kitchen for cooking which was great since we like to eat in at times on our vacations. So appreciated the beach, chairs, umbrella, and towels that were provided. A nice extra! Great communication with the owner and small issue quickly resolved. A little noisy due to nearness to a busy street and we like to open up the doors-windows when able.
