We loved having breakfast on the lanai in the morning with the sun peaking over the mountain. The small details, like the beach chairs and the hammock, were a nice touch that really sets it apart. We found it to be very convenient to everything in town, from the grocery stores and restaurants to the waterfront shops. You are in the center of Kona, while also having no noise from traffic or the city on the balcony. You can even see the ocean. Only negative thing worth mentioning is the air conditioning. 2 window stile units very new however, under sized for the square footage. I have found this is not unusual for Hawaii living though. The island is behind the times when it comes to room air conditioning. Need to start installing correctly sized mini split units. They work great in the rest of the world. ##### Mark G.
