The bathroom is very nice! The decor and furniture are spartan — more like a hotel than someone’s home. The kitchen was adequately stocked with plates, utensils, pans, etc. Lots of great towels for both bath and beach! The in room washer/dryer is a fantastic amenity. Four stars instead of five bc the bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable for me. It’s memory foam and very soft. Otherwise, our stay was a delight. ##### Laura L. There were no beach chairs and the umbrellas were almost non-functional. You can sit on the lanai even in the heat of the day as its on the shady side of the building. We cooked/BBQed all our meals and ate them on the lanai. Especially loved the saltwater pool oceanside. This unit is one of only a few with elevator access (no stairs.) The condo is an easy walk to Kona and 45-min drive north or south to the best snorkeling beaches on the island. The management company was exceptional in its responsiveness when small issues arose. We've booked again for next year. Small suggestions: needs a drying rack for wet swimuits and a couple of beach chairs. ##### Estha P.
