Pets are not permitted in the unit or common areas. 3\. Smoking is not permitted in the unit or common areas. There is a designated smoking area by the mailboxes and bulletin board. 4\. Drinking alcohol is not permitted in common areas. Please keep drinking of alcohol and all open alcohol containers inside your unit. 5\. Please make sure all food is tightly sealed and stored appropriately to avoid pests. This unit receives quarterly pest control. Please note that in tropical climates, ants and other pests can appear rapidly. Please take the time to clean the kitchen counter after each use and properly store away food. For anything excessive, please report to property management. 6\. Please turn off all lights and fans when not in use and when exiting the condo. Make sure that the sink has a steady stream of water running into it and do not place excessive food items in the garbage disposal. Appartment itself is very much used with many things that need to be repaired incl. door lock. Highway, local traffic and houskeeping around the house are relatively loud, so be ready to wake up early. Beach gear available (better to clean again yourself). My two caveats are 1) it’s listed as having air conditioning but I hadn’t noticed, down in the description, that it added there is only one window A/C unit in the master BR and nothing for the entire living area or second bedroom. A/C is why I rented it so this was very disappointing. 2) The second bedroom is separated from the living room only by some louvers which provided a certain amount of visual privacy but did not mute any sound.
