The garden pool will begin renovations on Monday, February 3, 2025, with an expected closure of up to 6 weeks, barring any delays. Updates on the reopening will be provided. To reduce sand entering the ocean pool during high surf, temporary measures have been put in place, including sandbag barriers and rubber mats. These measures aim to minimize pool closures while the garden pool is being renovated. A permanent solution will be addressed after the garden pool reopens. We appreciate your patience with the temporary setup. This home features a walk-in shower; the tub is not functional. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 3. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
