We definitely found it! Great location, super relaxing and a beautiful beach to enjoy right in front! The Villa was clean and had everything we needed, including the beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling equipment, and boogie boards. We ate at Roy's a few times, which was great but a little pricey. The food trucks were fantastic, but everything up there closes early, so just make sure you plan accordingly. My kids kids took surfing lessons next door at Turtle Bay and loved it! The views were outstanding. The beach is a little rocky is some areas, so I recommend water socks. We brought enough food to never leave the property for 4 days. My mother spent the tim sitting in the lanai watching the waves and people walk by. And the rest of us had a great time at the pool and at the beach. We even had a short visit by a Hawaiian Monk Seal. Would definitely rent again. ##### Craig P. My husband and I and our two older teenage children just returned from an amazing trip to Oahu! Our accommodations were beautiful and so well kept. The unit is very clean and had all the conveniences we needed for our trip! The storage locker was great! We used the umbrella and chairs several times along with the snorkel gear. We were on the first floor unit and I was a little concerned about bugs. We did not see one bug! We loved being able to walk out of our lanai directly to the beach! The unit is bigger than we thought and we had no problem with the four of us in it. We loved the lanai and had lunch out there several times. I would highly recommend this unit! ##### Alicia S. We just loved spending our mornings eating breakfast on the lanai and appreciating each other's company. It was a huge bonus to have all the beach toys and chairs... made our beach adventures extra enjoyable (the umbrella saved us from a few heavy rain showers). Vince & Gina were quick to respond to any of our needs. Turtle Bay Resort is steps away to enjoy a massage as well. :) ##### Jane K. The view was amazing and the beach was perfect for swimming. Lots of families and kids stay here. The pool is beautiful too. This villa comes with a stocked beach locker with chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, boogie boards, football, frisbee, etc. Beach chairs are a $40 rental on the beach. The best part was walking out onto the lanai in the morning, coffee in hand, and gazing at the ocean as the sun came up (I'm an early riser). The villa was well equipped with "basics" - paper products, dish and laundry soap, and spices for cooking. Our best meal of the trip was the night my daughter bought fresh ahi direct from a fisherman in Kahuku. She used the available (shared) barbecue for the fish, and fresh Kahuku corn. Yum. Our villa was easy to find and access on arrival, and it was everything it claimed to be. When we discovered the weather stripping at the bottom of the shower door was missing, I emailed Vince and Gina. When we returned from Haleiwa a few hours later, they'd already had the problem addressed. Very helpful and professional. The grounds, pool, are beautiful and well maintained, as is the villa, and the beds (including the pull out sofa!) were very comfortable. Interestingly, in this luxury villa, the coffee and bedside tables were pretty worn and ugly. I mention this only because I suppose the reason the owners don't replace them is because people (unfortunately) do not tend to treat furniture in a rental with the respect they treat their own furniture. Clearly, no one ever bothered to use coasters on these tables, and it showed. This villa really is gorgeous and luxury. That's why I thought the tacky tables were so out of place. Not that it affected our vacation - obviously. But it is annoying that the lack of care and respect renters often exercise lowers the experience for the rest of us. Last thing - we were not able to book this villa for our entire stay. We spent an additional 4 nights at the Turtle Bay Hotel. While we loved the Hotel pool and amenities, and our room had a great ocean view, we all agreed we preferred the Villa over all. Great choice, I highly recommend you stay here!❤️. Pics are accurate and the place was very clean. Only down side was they had 2 weddings while we were there and the wedding tent is directly in front of the condo which blocks the ocean view...and you have to listen to a wedding party rather than the ocean waves. Bed is comfortable, nice laundry and bathroom. Hotel gym is accessible, but you have to pay for a week pass as you are not considered a guest of the hotel despite staying in one of their condos. Overall nice experience and would recommend staying here. ##### Duard E. The condo was quiet, clean, and well equipped with toiletries, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishes, etc. The double/queen bed was comfortable with soft linens and there was even a snuggly throw in the walk-in closet. We had a wonderful time exploring the beaches and woods. Spent 2 days paddleboarding at "Hidden Beach" & watched gorgeous sunsets from different spots on the property. Overall, we had a lovely time here and would absolutely recommend this studio condo to couples. ##### Tess B. My husband and I stayed here for three wonderfully relaxing nights. I loved the direct ocean front view, having our meals on the balcony listening to the waves and the wind rustling through the coconut tree branches. It was so relaxing and romantic. The kitchen was great, having all that we needed and more. A variety of spices are provided from herbs de provence to dried mint! Even though the fridge is not standard sized, it fit our needs and the freezer makes ice! The bathroom was amazing! I enjoyed the large soaking tub and it filled pretty quickly. A hairdryer is thankfully provided and there is a lot of storage for longer stays. In the studio area, the bed is big and comfy and there is a dresser and a walk in closet. The furnishings throughout are in great condition. Also, loved the security; gated parking and access codes for pool gates and entrance to villa. I personally appreciated not having to worry about keys. Turtle Bay resort is a short walk away and I do recommend the basil bacon bloody mary at the pool bar. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning as soon as possible. ##### Dayna M. Séjour de 3 nuits en avril 2016 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### karie p. 5 avr. 2016 #### Absolutely perfect! We rented a second level studio for my family of 4, including 2 daughters ages 15 and 11\. We arrived at night, after a stop at Foodland which was conveniently on the way from the airport, and had no problems using the entry codes. The studio was lovely and the beds so comfortable, even the pull-out couch had a great mattress (no springs). The studio was stocked with everything we needed and was spacious. We awoke to the most beautiful views and sounds on the balcony. We spent the day at the beach and the pool, which are very close to each other. The well equipped beach locker was a bonus and easy to access. There are a couple of stands at the beach were you can buy snacks and delicious smoothies so take a little cash. The beach is PERFECT for all ages and abilities. It is protected by a rock barrier so waves are minimal in the cove and you can snorkel right outside your door, no need to drive to any other beach. We saw some beautiful fish and a Hawaiian Monk Seal swam up to nap on the beach. Amazing that it happened the next day, too! We went to the Adventure Center across the street and rented bikes to explore the resort grounds. It is so beautiful - the beach views, the banyan trees, the horse stables. My girls took Stand Up Paddle lessons at the resort (Hans Hedemann Surf School - ask for Hugo) which they loved, and my husband golfed and came back sunburned but happy. We ventured out to the fruit stand outside the resort for fresh cut mango and pineapple, then into nearby Haleiwa for shopping, Matsumoto Shaved Ice, and Giovanni's shrimp truck (go there!). We walked to the resort for dinner at Kula Grill and watched the sunset. We did so much in just a few days but never felt rushed. The people of Hawaii are so gracious and kind. This was our favorite family trip to date - grateful for the memories made and we hope to return to the Liotta's beautiful property soon. We won't stay anywhere else. ##### karie p.
