This is a great opportunity to enjoy a lovely condo at an affordable price, located just minutes from numerous activities. Our place is clean and inviting. To ensure a pleasant experience, the condo undergoes bug control every three months, so you won’t have to share your space with any local critters. Since purchasing the condo in March 2017, we’ve continued to make improvements. An eco-friendly A/C system has been installed in both the main living area and the loft, ensuring a comfortable stay year-round. However, during the late fall through early summer, you can enjoy an even greener vacation by simply opening the front and back doors and windows to let the tropical breezes flow through. The combination of ongoing improvements, high-speed internet, a fully equipped kitchen with essentials for meal preparation, and a variety of nearby activities makes this the ideal rental for you. For families with young children, we’ve provided a high chair and kid-sized cups, plates, and bowls. You’ll love soaking up the sun, exploring the location, and savoring delicious local cuisine. The estate offers three swimming pools and two sports courts for tennis and pickleball. After your payment is confirmed, we’ll send a confirmation email. Once we’ve received full payment, we’ll provide you with the entrance gate code, parking spot number, door code, Wi-Fi instructions, and other important information. Whether you’re a family or a couple, you’ll feel right at home. Beach access is less than an 8-minute walk from your front door to Turtle Bay beaches, which are kid-friendly and safe for swimming and snorkeling. Additional adventures await within 10 to 15 miles in either direction of the estate. Our condo is nestled between two beautifully maintained golf courses, in the most private condo complex on Oahu’s North Shore at Kuilima West Estate, a gated community with pools and a tennis court. You’re just a short drive away from world-class big-wave surfing and pristine beaches. Whether you’re seeking adventure or simply looking to unwind and relax, our condo is the perfect choice for your stay. Should you need assistance before or during your stay, feel free to call us. Pros:Location- perfect spot for north shore base campKitchen- probably the best stocked VRBO/BnB kitchen I have seen, everything you would reasonably need is provided and there are lots of extra gadgets (blender, coffee grinder lots of knives, etc), well set up kitchenAir conditioner- works great, we are from Alaska and slept comfortably every nightCondition of house- very well kept and maintained, very clean when we arrivedCons:Internet: if you have work to do while you are here and need internet, do not book, internet did not work once while we were there, as a result neither did the Smart TV. Not a huge deal, but if you have a child that goes to sleep early and takes naps throughout the day and your plan is to relax at the house and do something using the internet, good luck. Host was notified but not helpfulCost- not really much savings versus a hotelCleaning- seems pretty ridiculous to pay 3300 to stay 6 nights at a place and then be asked to start the dishwasher, unmake the beds, start the laundry, take all of the trash out and leave the house basically clean. Turtle Bay is the ideal location for staying on the North Shore - right in the middle of La'ie and Hale'iwa. Plenty of amazing beaches in either direction and lots of food trucks closeby. The condo was clean. Amazing views of the golf course from the lanai. We appreciated having beach chairs - we used them everyday. Having 3 beds and a bathroom with a shower in the upstairs loft was amazing! Master bed is comfortable. The upstairs beds are a little hard. A beautiful morning and mountain view greeted us each day. The Turtle Bay resort, beach, and golf course were just a short walk from the residence. ##### Patricia d. We love splitting our time between here and Waikiki. Accessible to local markets, beaches, and restaurants. Rental was clean, had beach gear available for use. Hopefully will acquire some more kitchen supplies as time passes. Kids loved having their own space in the loft Air conditioning through out the unit was a definite plus in the summer.
