THE CONDO Very neat, clean & comfy 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo welcomes you on your Hawaiian vacation or island stay-cation! Sleeps a maximum of 7 people. Spacious lanai with outside dining and a courtyard view overlooking one of the 3 pools available onsite. Conveniently located steps away from the Pavilion, Pools & Sports Court where you can enjoy a game of basketball, pickleball & tennis ball. Condo contains all your standard household appliances including a new stacked washer/dryer capable of handling small loads during your stay. You are assigned 1 designated parking stall (maximum 2 vehicles). Parking passes are provided upon arrival. Access is keyless & codes to enter the property gates & the condo are provided prior to check-in. ENTERTAINMENT within the condo includes boardgames, puzzles & books, free access to unlimited Wi-Fi & digital cable, Smart TV's in the living room, primary bedroom & loft, cable TV in the living room & primary bedroom. Jun 23, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location #### Rethink your stay during the summer Re-read the information about the AC; wall units downstairs (which may be adequate during other months) is not sufficient in the summer. Have to turn them off every few hours. Not able to use the AC upstairs during the day. We were uncomfortable with the temperature for most of the stay. I was sorely disappointed. Ants were crawling in the bathroom, and in the kitchen on our plates. There is ant spray available but we did not use because of the baby.It is a well kept unit, clean for our arrival, good amenities for guests to use. Property is a bit back from the beach on the golf course so limited ocean breezes but very easy walk to beach and restaurants at the resort. First day, unit was very hot when we checked in and it took a long time to cool off but after that unit stayed cool the entire visit. ##### Sally E.
