The businesses and amenities all around us are open for business and need your support! #mauistrong ♡ Experience ultimate comfort in our newly renovated oversized one bedroom suite with direct ocean front living room. Whale watching right from your lanai, and look for sea turtles right by the sea wall! Best location in the complex, situated steps away from both the ocean and the pool. Stairs free & ground floor, the flat and accessible layout of our home makes it perfect for families with children and seniors. Enjoy a beautiful sunset each evening from the comfort of the covered spacious lanai! This is a one bedroom, one bath ground floor condo unit in the Kahana Reef complex, about 628 sqft. \*\*Home Highlights\*\* • Oversized primary suite with King bed. • High-quality queen sofa sleeper in the living room. • Spacious Lanai perfect for taking in the ocean view, whether it's sipping morning coffee with calm waters, or enjoying a glass of wine with the beautiful sunset. • Watching whales directly from your lanai. • Look for sea turtles swimming right again the seawall, just a few steps away from the home! • Portable A/C in the living room. Most units in this complex do not need AC as the direct ocean breeze keeps the unit cool. We provided an A/C for your extra comfort! • Smart TV with streaming apps as well as 200+ channels of free cable TV. • Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need; coffee & tea provided • Newly updated bathroom with grab bar in bathtub. • Beautiful resort setting with ocean front pools and bbq grills • Beach ready with 3 chairs, 2x umbrella, snorkeling gear and fins, frisbee, sand toys, 3 boogie boards, 6 beach towels and floaty/vest. \*\*About the Reservation\*\* • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. To ensure a comfortable stay, we include routine pest control as part of our regular maintenance, just like professional cleaning. While we do our best to minimize any pest activity, the environment can still bring the occasional visitor. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the full experience of island life! • Laundry facility is shared in the community but we provided laundry soap for your use. \*\*About Fees & Pricing\*\* • The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests (2 for the King bed and 2 for the sofa sleeper).
