The condo can accommodate up to 4 guests with a King-size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living space. The spacious main living area includes modern furniture with tropical touches and a large flat-screen TV. A split A/C unit is also equipped in the living room as well as ceiling fans to help stay cool. There are no elevators at this low-rise boutique resort. The comfortable bedroom includes a King-size bed and a washer and dryer for your convenience. The remodeled bathroom is updated with a large walk in shower with custom tilework. The oceanfront lanai includes a dining table for 4\. Dine al fresco on the lanai while enjoying the stunning ocean view. A dining table for 4 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The high-end kitchen features stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. Ample counterspace makes meal prepping a breeze. The Noelani Resort is located in a highly desirable area, sandwiched between a private estate and the finest sandy beach (known as "S" turns). The Noelani can be described as a charming, low-key, hidden-treasure, Boutique Resort. Enjoy snorkeling and swimming with turtles just steps from this condo. During the winter months, this condo offers front-row seating for the opportunity to catch a peak at the Humpback Whales as they tend to their young. Pocket beach 200 yards away w/ all the turtles and fish you could ever want to swim around. Turtle beach 50 yards away. Great little swimming pool. And ocean views you just can't get enough of all. day. long. My only slightly 'negative' marks about the unit are; (1) the bathroom sink is not super renter friendly if you have younger kids trying to wash up or brush teeth by themselves, (2) foot step noise from above transfers easily so hope for light walkers upstairs. ##### Brad S.
