Surrounded by lush landscaping and native bush, this hideaway is perfect for families or groups looking for a peaceful escape, with the enchanting call of kiwi often heard echoing around the property at night.  
  
Step outside to a sprawling patio and deck area that seamlessly blends into the landscape, complete with an outdoor BBQ setup for alfresco dining. Large sliding doors connect you to the sleek, open-plan living area, where modern interiors, comfortable furnishings, and ample natural light create a warm, inviting space. The well-equipped kitchen flows into the dining area, making it easy to enjoy meals together with views of the beautiful gardens.  
  
This home comfortably hosts families and groups with its thoughtfully arranged sleeping areas. The master bedroom features a stylish ensuite, while the second bedroom is close to a separate modern bathroom. An additional studio separate from the house offers a queen bed, a set of bunks, and a spacious deck with coastal views — a charming option for both couples and children.  
  
Enjoy easy access to four stunning beaches within a 5-10 minute drive, including Tauranga Bay and Te Ngaere Bay. Explore the scenic Mahinepua Peninsula walking track nearby, or visit the Whangaroa Golf Course and renowned Kauri Cliffs. With Kerikeri just 35 minutes away, you’re never far from top amenities, shopping, and dining.
