This oceanfront condo has unobstructed panoramic oceanfront views and boasts a unique corner location. From the spacious lanai, you can relax, take in the magnificent sunsets, and occasionally spot our beloved green sea turtles or Humpback whales during the winter months. Relax on the large sectional sofa while watching the impressive flat-screen TV while staying cool with central A/C. The fully equipped and spacious kitchen has everything you need to make all your meals in-house and features gorgeous cabinets and granite countertops. As you step inside the first master bedroom featuring a luxurious king-size bed, you'll be in awe of the dramatic ocean views and access to the lanai area. The initial master suite has a flat-screen TV with an impressive ensuite bathroom offering dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The second master suite also provides a comfortable king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and dual shower heads! Pack light as there is a large washer and dryer within the unit for your convenience. The Mahana at Ka'anapali is a well-known upscale resort located at the north end of Ka'anapali Beach. The Mahana is close to the Ka'anapali Resort area and Whalers Village Shopping Center. You will enjoy the convenience of nearby restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and a local grocery store. The sand levels at the beach located in front of the resort can vary depending on the conditions and tides, but there is a sandy entry to the ocean. Please check in with local experts on weather and swimming conditions before entering the water. The resort also features a pool and tennis court on the property. We watched the sunset from the balcony each night.The condo was clean, welcoming, and had a cool Asian-vibe. My teenage daughter slept on the nice pull-out sofa. Wile the bed was very comfortable, she had a difficult time with the room not being dark enough. No room darkening shades for all of the giant windows. While we LOVED the huge views during the day, the room darkening option at night would have been nice. Otherwise, we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The snorkeling off the beach is perfect with coral and many fish to see. Thank you for a lovely place to stay!! ##### Megan T. The view was beyond gorgeous. We saw many whales every day from our lanai. (Jan 31-Feb 8). The beaches are so clean and beautiful. We walked to Dukes restaurant next door many times to eat. We had our son and his girlfriend come with us for a pre baby vacation and wanted to spoil them with what a tropical vacation Maui has to offer and this unit surpassed all of our expectations. This unit is very well stocked, to include basic seasonings, oils and coffee. We ate out more than cooking but to some that could be nice to find. This condo is not your typical resort, so plan for the basic pool and hot tub but the room makes up for the lack of amenities. Although the views from this condo are fabulous, and the unit itself is as represented in the photos, I simply cannot recommend it until the vast current construction project is done. It will not come as a surprise that the description understates the level of construction that is going on in the building. The entire strip of units next door to the corner units is boarded up and drilling and grinding is taking place daily in those units. This makes it very difficult to stay in the condo during the day. Given the amount of construction material in the parking lot, I would assume that the project will continue at least to the end of September, if not well into October. Prior to booking, I suggest you call the complex and get an update of where the work is occurring. With construction, I give it 2 stars; without construction, 4 because of the amazing view. ##### Patrick W.
