Come stay at our newly renovated, beautifully appointed, 3000+ sq ft., 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath beach home located on the Kaanapali Kai Golf Course. A short 3-minute drive or 10-minute walk to world famous Kaanapali beach, award-winning restaurants and Whaler's Village shopping center. Our Livin' the Dream Home includes a backyard that dreams are made of. A brand new, custom built, heated saline swimming pool, large 8 person hot tub, Ledge Loungers ® on the Baja shelf, 45 foot dedicated swim lane, luxury private cabana, relaxing waterfall water feature, and golf course and sunset views to die for. The expansive outdoor space is complimented with luxury West Elm outdoor furniture throughout, including 2 chaise loungers, full size sofa, two cozy arm chairs and dining chairs. Dine outdoors on the 6-8 person teak wood dining table. Grab a stool at the gorgeous white quartzite bar, and enjoy an ice cold mai tai while watching the big game on a gigantic 86" smart tv. The good times roll with a wireless 4-speaker Sonos sound system, easily controlled by your smart phone. A custom made swinging daybed is calling you name to take a mid day nap or toast an unforgettable Maui sunset. Kaanapali Vista is the first and original Kaanapali neighborhood built in the 1970s before the Kaanapali hotels were even around. This wonderful and highly-coveted neighborhood is surrounded by the Kaanapali Resort and its two world-class golf courses. Come stay in this beautifully appointed home away from home - native tropical plants and palm trees surround you, golf course and peek-a-boo ocean views are yours to enjoy. Our home is located directly on (and a safe distance from) the 15th hole of the Kaanapali Kai golf course. The Livin' the Dream Home is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house with a private lanai (outdoor deck), heated swimming pool and spa, BBQ grill, chef's kitchen with double ovens, and a pool table for plenty of family fun. The Livin' the Dream home includes: \- Three bedrooms with high-end Maka Sea bedding (king in master, queen in guest and three twins + pull out twin trundle bed in kids' room). \- Dedicated office space with a desk, an external monitor, and high speed wifi \- Fully stocked kitchen with fridge/ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, double stove/oven, pots/pans, etc. \- Guest use of our Peloton bike and Tonal smart home gym, with their full library of live and on-demand fitness classes, including cycling, strength training, yoga and more. \- Beach gear including beach towels, cooler, umbrella, beach chairs \- 2.5 baths with local, Malie bath products for you to enjoy \- 86" smart TV in the outdoor bar area and a 60" mounted flat-screen TV with cable in family room \- Lounge on the 1500+ sq ft lanai for your family's outdoor enjoyment \- Hot tub, swim lane, cold plunge and 2 outdoor showers \- Pool table for a fun evening of billiards with family and friends \- Fully devoted play room for the younger ones and young at heart, complete with an Xbox, two smart TVs, books, puzzles and board games. The beach is a 10 minute walk so it is great for morning or evening strolls. If you're going to be taking lots of beach gear, it's more convenient with a car. We can tell you where all the local free beach parking spots are located. Guests will have access to two parking spaces in the driveway and full access to the swimming pool/spa, BBQ grill, ping pong table and on the lanai (outdoor deck). You will have full, private access to the home and lanai with the exception of the garage and attached ohana where one of us will be coming and going during your stay as this is a B&B permit and we are required to be on property. Guests will have two parking spaces ONLY as there is no street parking allowed and will need to leave space for a third owner car to park in the driveway. Things to consider before renting this home: \- Light, continental breakfast will be provided for your first morning in the home. It will be awaiting you in the fridge upon arrival to enjoy your first full morning in Maui (i.e. juice, coffee, toast, fruit). \- You may only have two cars and they must be parked in the driveway at all times. There is no street parking allowed and this is highly regulated by the neighborhood and the county. \-The backyard is gated; however, there is no gate immediately around the pool. Families with small children should not book this home if they are concerned with that. Those that do book should exercise caution and vigilance. \- There are no parties allowed. Upon arrival we had everything we needed and more. The hosts left us bagels and water and fresh banana bread that helped us get through the first day or two without going to the grocery store. They had also decorated for Christmas which was a special touch. We loved all the amenities, which were numerous, including the cold plunge, sauna, pool table, ping pong table, pool, hot tub, and giant outdoor TV. Everything was great! Including a room with toys for kids which was so nice. Would stay here again. ##### Cheryl D. Michael was a pleasure to deal with and even prior to my booking being made he was responsive and answered my questions thoroughly. Check in was simple and the home was in excellent condition upon arrival. Over the course of our stay we enjoyed every aspect of the property and found it to be perfect for a relaxing vacation. The pool and outdoor area is stunning and many hours were spent relaxing out there. Being close to the main action of Kaanapali but just outside of it on a quiet, private street is the best balance and was great with our infant son. If you're looking for a beautiful house in the area for your vacation, look no further. Michael is a gentleman, a fantastic host, and he and Angie have a wonderful property. ##### Grant A. It had a fabulous pool and jacuzzi that automatically turned on and off, the kids had a blast swimming all day. This property also had a gym, sauna, and cold plunge which my husband loved as a fitness enthusiast. We enjoyed sunsets on the swing and dinners together. This house is like a resort on Maui but you get a house with all the things a resort doesn’t offer. The price is fit in for the amenities and the house offers a lot for anyone on a vacation. Families singeltons and medium big groups would love this house as it has space and fun things to do for everyone and nap places for my husband all over the house and outside the house. My daughter loved the backyard and the pool is where we spent most of the time. So my husband and I and our friends who visited enjoyed the spa and our child and her friends loved the waterfall and the pool. I enjoyed swimming laps and diving with my daughter in the clean pool. The back of the house was amazing views of the ocean, golf course, and the hotels. The nearby major road noise you didn’t hear in house but some in the pool but only with loud vehicles. The tvs are in almost every room, the pool table and ping pong table were used almost every day, and so much sunshine from every window was nice from this snowbird avoiding the rain where we live full time. The host was attentive, helpful, came whenever there was an issue and took care of it quickly. Our vacation was so much better because of this location and space and just so many things to enjoy in and outside the house we didn’t want to leave. We spent two weeks there and enjoyed Maui and whalers village and the beach and so many things like Hana and Haleakala this trip. Plus this rental is so special to us we can’t wait to come back. We had a family vacation. Our boys are getting older and wanted something special before they moved onto the next phase of their lives. This property and our host didn’t miss. The house is on the golf course and we played it several times during our stay. We even walked into whalers village via the golf bridge. It’s a bit of a walk but worth it. ##### Patrick F. The house was absolutely beautiful and felt very much like a home! Mike was responsive to all of our question's/concerns. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet! No words can describe the wonderful experience my family and I had at Mike and Angie's "Dream Home." It truly is luxury resort living without all of the other guests. I'd stay here over the Four Seasons any day for the space, privacy, and ability to feel like you're living in paradise. The house and grounds are immaculately maintained and they had toys/ activities for all ages in the home (ages of my family members ranged from 2 years to 70s). Whaler's Village was a short walk away and we enjoyed morning strolls to get coffee in the morning with our toddler. Mike and Angie were super responsive and very accommodating- they even offered to help me arrange durable medical equipment for my dad. I would not hesitate to book this home again and hope to do so next year. This has been the best VRBO experience I have had. Thank you, Mike and Angie for helping us make this a memorable vacation.
