Luana Garden Villas is the final phase of Honua Kai Resort & Spa, located on the stunning Kaanapali Beach on Maui’s western shores, steps from everything west Maui has to offer. This new, luxurious villa is located within the 38 family-friendly acres of the Honua Kai Resort & Spa, designed with relaxation and memory-making in mind, offering guests an unmatched resort experience while proving residential living at its finest. This villa boasts over 2000 sq.ft of contemporary interior living space with expansive western windows that open up to a wide lanai, providing your family with plenty of room to enjoy the Maui lifestyle. Spend your days at your enclave’s private pool and hot-tub located amongst the luxurious Hawaiian gardens or take a very short stroll to the world famous Kaanapali beach, or aquatic playgrounds of the Honua Kai resort. Experience world class dining, shopping and golf within minutes leaving your villa by visiting Whaler’s village and the Kaanapali and Kapalua golf courses. This top floor villa will provide you with the privacy to relax in your lanai while enjoying the views of your garden enclave and partial ocean views. The residence is fully furnished with everything you need for a luxurious Maui vacation and a gourmet kitchen to prepare your favorite family meals. The Lanai is equipped with an outdoor kitchen and BBQ and plenty of lounging and dining space for the entire family. The residence also includes a private garage and an ensuite full size washer and dryer. We have added an additional ceiling fan in the living room, and a gate above the stairs in the lanai. Resort amenities include a network of swimming pools, waterfalls and children’s shallow pool, 24 hour fitness facility, Duke’s beach house restaurant, Whaler’s general store and Spa. Please note due to the recent Covid-19 pandemic, resort amenities may be subject to change or closure. TAX The State of Hawaii mandates a total tax of 17.962% to be paid on all transient accommodations. Taxes are identified on the reservation confirmation. (Subject to change); Taxes are paid to the state of Hawaii and County of Maui based on the guest’s dates of stay. Any changes to the current tax rate will be charged or refunded to the guests depending on the increase or decrease. Came to stay here for a week with our two youngest daughters before the oldest heads off to basic training for the Navy. The proximity to the beach, the amenities of the resort, and the comfort of staying in a villa where we could really just relax and enjoy our time together was fantastic. The girls loved going to the beach or the pool depending on the day. My wife and I are cyclists and being located at this spot allows us to hit the West Maui Loop with ease. The garage parking is nice as most places on Maui you have to pay $50/night. Free parking and in a garage is pretty awesome. Plenty of beach chairs and some bogey boards for use down at the beach as well. There is a spot adjacent to the villas that has food trucks that is an easy walk to as well as Slappy Cakes for a great breakfast. There is also a really nice pizza place and a marketplace for food stuffs. Though I do recommend heading to the Safeway a couple miles away for a better selection of items. The hosts, Roshy and Fereshteh were so responsive and had responses to our questions and needs within a few minutes. Very communicative and made our stay so much nicer because of it. In addition to the resort’s many amenities, the four-plex units have several semi-private pool/spa areas that are far less crowded than the main pools of the resort closer to the beach. The management was very responsive, the unit is well-appointed with smart TVs, kitchen utensils, nice linens, etc. Would stay here again if we get a chance. ##### Mark B. They are awesome people and offered amazing solutions that were so satisfying, I couldn’t believe how good they were. The property itself is amazing. It has to be the best villa because of the view. We did five days here and 8 in the towers. Tower views are much better but this view was about 15% ocean. The unit was perfect. Everything worked well including the BBQ. One of the best I have ever cooked on. The beds were ideal and bathrooms were huge with amazing water pressure. There is a large grocery store within walking distance but I still recommend Costco. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need so checkin before shipping for items. Salt and pepper, oils, foil etc were in there. Because of covid they have to clean the ice out and it takes a couple days for ice. Just buy a bag for a couple bucks. The garage was good size and held a full size vehicle. There is also a spot in front of the garage. There are four beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas along with a wagon to carry it all down to the beach. If you plan on eating at Dukes make your reservation weeks in advance. You can order food on your phone and pick it up in 15 minutes. The hotel itself was great. Employees were helpful friendly and it is very clean. We felt very safe here and the whole check in process and communication with the property manager were very good. The unit was very clean and well equipped with everything we would ever need, especially in the kitchen. I came here with my whole family (6 adults and 2 kids) and we had the best time! The villa is stunning and spacious and had everything we needed. We loved having a full kitchen, balcony, and laundry room at our convenience. The garage had some much appreciated beach items available to use. When we checked in there was a handwritten card from the owner that was left with a box of local cookies and local coffee. We had one small need during our stay and the owners response was immediate! We use VRBO and AirBnB frequently and this was by far our favorite place we have ever stayed. We loved being able to use the resorts pools which had hot tubs and a slide that my 3 year old loved. We also loved that each room had a king size bed and we loved the spacious closets and bathrooms too. I would absolutely LOVE to come back here! Our family had an amazing time spending our holiday break at the Luana Garden Villas. The unit is brand new, sparkling clean, and steps away from the Honua Kai Resort's beaches and pools. The Villa had a relaxing balcony equipped with an outdoor kitchen. It was perfect for us as we did not want to spend money every night dining out. The garage comfortably fits one car with beach gear, and there is ample private parking outside of the the garage. The Villa is equipped with everything: cleaning supplies, extra towels, sheets, toiletries, and beach gear. This has been the best home away from home we have ever experienced! ##### Albert C.
