Recent regulations prohibit future constructions from being this oceanfront, ensuring an immersive experience of the soothing ocean waves as soon as you open your window. Maui Kai, once featured as prize vacation stay on the show, is a quiet, uncrowded place situated directly on the oceanfront at the north end of world famous Kaanapali beach, West Maui coast.
