Guests may experience intermittent noise or visual disruptions during this period. We appreciate your understanding as we work to maintain and improve the property. This 6th-floor one-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with ocean floors has been tastefully remodeled throughout with many custom features. The living room offers a 55-inch TV and a queen sofa sleeper. The remodeled kitchen features granite countertops and custom wood cabinetry with stainless steel appliances. The bedroom offers a king-size bed with a 40-inch TV. Conveniently this condo features 2 full bathrooms. Both bathrooms feature custom cabinetry and granite counters. The primary bathroom features a vanity area with a walk-in shower. The guest bathroom offers a tub/shower combo and both bathrooms feature grab bars for additional safety. This condominium complex offers a 24-Hour Front Desk for your convenience.
