She was a great communicator, and I knew I could reach her whenever necessary. The place was clean and the location couldn’t have been better. Having access to the beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards was very convenient. I was able to take a 4 mile walk up and down the Ka’anapali beach walk several days during our stay. The condo was spacious and clean and the kitchen fully stocked, not that we did a lot of cooking. The unit is central to grocery shopping! We are in most nights. Breakfast and Dinner on the lanai was one of our favorite parts of the trip. The views are stunning. It was exactly as advertised. This condo is beautiful, clean and well-appointed. It was perfect for a couple. We had plenty of room for our belongings. We loved spending lazy mornings having coffee on the Lanai. The view from there is beautiful. We loved the resort and all the amenities. Maureen was so great at communicating with us before and during the trip. She checked in with us after we checked in to see if we needed anything. She has a great album in the condo with information about restaurants, tours and activities on the island. I highly recommend renting this unit. You won’t be disappointed. We are frequent visitors of Maui but typically stay at the Ritz Carlton Kapalua. This time, we decided to try a condo property because we had family meeting us in Maui. This property did not disappoint. From the moment I booked the condo, the owners were magnificent. Their attention to detail, the description and pictures of the property were exactly as described on VRBO and the property was extra clean. The owners were on top of every detail and the condo had everything and more we needed for our stay. I have stayed at many VRBO properties in the past, but have never experienced this type of five-star customer service from other properties and owners. As an example, my husband left his wedding ring on the counter and we didn't realize it until we were at the airport. Maureen and Rob were right on top of it. They called their cleaning team, the ring was recovered and they spent hours ensuring the ring arrived safely to our home. If you are looking for a great condo on this side of the island, book it!
