I stayed here with my 15 month old and my sister, her husband, and their 7 month old and we were all very happy. This condo met all of our needs with a pretty well equipped kitchen, a pack and play, a booster seat, a bathtub, an outdoor area, soft furniture for soft heads, and more. The location is superb, right on a park with a lovely 1.25 mile loop path, it is a short walk to the beach, and near lots of great restaurant options and grocery stores. The host, Jason, was incredibly responsive to my questions prior to arrival and very attentive to one small issue with a shower drain, which was fixed very quickly. Some other things of note that I would want to know as a renter: the kitchen pots and pans are what you'd expect from any popular rental, scratched nonstick. If you don't care to cook in those, bring your own pot+pan. Also, this is a first floor unit, so there isn't a ton of natural light coming in. The outdoor A/C unit is just outside one of the bedrooms. It didn't bother me with the patio door closed, but I was also using a travel sound machine. The detergent used on the sheets and towels was not scented. There were toiletries provided in bathrooms, as well as some welcome treats! Overall we had a wonderful stay and will be booking again when returning to visit my grandmother in FL! Thanks, Jason! ##### Austen L. Séjour de 5 nuits en octobre 2023 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Kerry S., Boynton Beach, United States 3 août 2023 Points forts : Propreté #### Fantastic Place & Location The place itself is excellent: it's clean, modern, spacious, includes all the small details (even had a snacks and wine welcome package; water bottles waiting in the fridge), ample parking, tons of included beach and sports gear (beach chairs, beach umbrella, tennis and pickleball racquets, lots of beach towels, etc). Beds were large and comfortable and both bedrooms have TVs. Jason was a pleasure to deal with - incredibly responsive, helpful and flexible. The location is amazing - 4 minute walk to the beach, right next to park with fitness trail, tennis and pickleball courts (free to use), and 2 minute drive to Jupiter Island. Our only knock on the place is that it's on the first floor and if there are people staying above you, it can get loud at times. Highly recommended. Thanks Jason! ##### Kerry S. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Comfortable beds, great showers and well decorated. Literally a three minute drive to the beach. Jason ensured we were settled and even provided us with some dinner recommendations. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast each morning. We visited the community pool once due to the pool rules. While it was a very nice pool, splashing, jumping, etc. was not allowed which made it hard for our family to enjoy. I really can't think of anything that could have been improved upon. Our host, Jason, was willing to go above & beyond to meet any need we may have had including offering advice on area activities and favorite restaurants. He made it clear that he was available throughout our entire stay. The condo property was located in a quiet relaxing area of Jupiter right next to a park with a nice walking/exercise path & only about a 5-10-minute easy walk to a wonderful beach. The pool was large, clean, and quiet during our stay. The condo was recently remodeled, and we were extremely impressed by the quality of material and workmanship. The supplies were more than sufficient for our stay as were the kitchen tools and appliances. Checkin and checkout couldn't have been easier! Thank you, Jason, for providing a great place to vacation in the wonderful Jupiter area! We will be back! ##### Terri B. It is a little piece of paradise. Jasons home is an easy walk to the beach and also right next to the path to run/walk . You could walk to the Beach and enjoy a beautiful sunrise with a cup of coffee or Sunset with beverage of your choice and enjoy Spectacular views - All the best Restaurants and Golf courses are minutes away. The house was beautifully decorated and fully stocked. The home is pristine. It had everything we needed for our stay. Jason was superb! Great communication and extremely helpful when needed. Recent renovation really well done and condo has everything needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The host Jason is very responsive. He reached out immediately after I booked the condo to see if I had any questions about the visit and made some recommendations of great restaurants nearby. Jason also checked in throughout the trip to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The condo is immaculate, clean and well equipped. The decor is very modern and Everything is new! We were greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine and snacks. There is security on the premise and the grounds are very well kept. The condo even has a restaurant on the premise. This location is everything that it states with conveniences close by. We did not visit the pool but did venture to the beach which was beautiful and didn’t not have a lot of traffic that made it very relaxing and enjoyable. We had no regrets and would definitely book this location again or any of Jason’s other properties based on the wonderful experience in Jupiter!
