Furniture new and top of the line. Both master King beds have plush bed with luxury linens and a 50 inch flat tv and other has a 40 in flat. One has a private patio for morninig coffee. The living rm has a queen size pullout leather sofa and a 55 tv and opens to a beautiful screened in porch. The gourmet kitchen everything the traveling chef requires. New SS appliances. Every consideration for comfort is provided beach gear for 4\. Screened porch has dining for 6\. Inside dining has new counter height table for 6\. Walk to bars, rest, park and beach. Resort has restaurant, 2 heated pools, hot tub and tennis courts. Every consideration has been taken to ensure your stay is extremely comfortable. All small appliances are provided including coffee pots both kuerig and drip, tea pot, blender, toaster, hair dryers for both bathrooms, iron, dispensers for excellent shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Beach gear including two coolers, 4 beach chairs, two umbrellas, and beach towels. The unit has a full size stackable washer and dryer so you can bring your clothes home clean. The furniture is tried and true we use it in all four of our extremely successful vacation rentals. It has all been newly purchased. We pay attention to details to make sure you have a memorable stay. We also own a two bedroom two bathroom in the 4 story unit next door and one closer to the beach in Bella Vista on the Park. We also have a pack n play crib and a baby/toddler chair for your use but you must reserve it since we use one set between our 3 units in Jupiter. The reason is we don't have many children or requests for these amenities. We have a strict cancellation policy so please think about getting vacation insurance which the site is vacation rental insurance all together one word no spaces and dot com. Policies run about $100 to $200\. Also if you cancel within the 60 day non refundable period and I get it rented I will return what I receive for the new rental to you. You can also try to find someone to take your rental. I am extremely flexible but I can not afford to just let the unit sit empty and return money. The complex also requires you to register I will send you a lease and a registration form which you will need to send to the complex management along with a copy of your drivers license and $25 if you intend to bring a car. It is the fee for each car so if you intend to bring 2 cars it would be $50\. Also I am always asked if early check in is possible, Check in is at 4:00 pm if you would like to arrive early please let us know ahead of time and if we can accomodate you the fee is $20 per hour and must be paid before arrival. Same applies for late check out. Also we do not allow dogs it isn't because we don't like them. It is because my husband is highly allergic and immune compromised. The condo was spotless on arrival. The location is excellent near every necessary accommodation and yet set off in a private area. It is 5 minutes from the beach and a community park with a large play area and there is a large easily accessible pool on-site. The clothes dryer made an awful sound but Bob and Kathleen quickly had it repaired within a couple of days. They also immediately had two worn beach chairs replaced as soon as it was mentioned. Very comfortable and welcoming!! They had a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived. The owner text us to welcome us and asked us to call her if we needed anything. This little condo is perfectly located. Host was friendly and answered all questions promptly. Condo has all the amenities and then some which was really helpful, esp the beach equipment. The restaurant on site by the pool is a huge plus! Séjour de 10 nuits en mai 2023 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### Elvira R. 17 mai 2023 #### Short stay-for sleeping purposes only We choose this property for sleeping purposes only after gone fishing all day leaving at 5 a.m. coming back at around 10 or 11 p.m. The place is ok, nothing special but the floor for some reason is dirty. You have to wear a sleeper or shoes to walk around, otherwise your feet would turn black. We’re not sure why. In our last night after all day of fishing and can't wait to hit the bed we heard a sudden loud bang in quest bedroom. The bed collapse down to the ground. The tiny wood that support under the bed was broke off. There were only 2 small persons weighting at least 100 lbs. each person. The collapsed bed were not useable that night so my son and his girlfriend had to sleep in the living room couch and chair. My husband notified the owner early morning and all she said is that "That's not good!". I received the photo’s from my son he took and forwarded it to the owner. A day later, I found out that I was charged $125.00 for the collapsed bed. Imagine that! ##### Elvira R. It is in walking distance to restaurants, the park, tennis, the marina, and the pool is excellent! The unit itself is older, but mostly renovated very clean, except the floors. The patio door doesn’t lock, but there is a stick to put in place for security, the hall bathroom shower door was missing and the tub is damaged. I believe the owner is working on that. The kitchen is very well equipped. And I would definitely stay in this unit again, it is very spacious and inviting. ##### Lynette K. We have stayed in the Carlin Park area before and wanted to try a new home. Best thing was location. We called the 2nd day to say that the porch was dirty. Homeowner blamed it on the rain the day before our arrival and did not do anything. It was not the rain. Everything was dusty and porch needed a steam powerwash. That was not all - the floors in general were very dirty. We tried the mop, but it was aslo dirty, so we requested and received a new mop cover. It didn't matter what we did, our feet or socks were BLACK from walking on the floors. We are a family that take off our shoes when we enter, so it wasn't us. Homeowner did not seem to care. Next - the accent chairs in the living room were dirty and also needed to be cleaned. I would not even sit on the them. Pillows are looked like they needed to be cleaned. Next - do not expect many kitchen spoons - there were only 2\. Also, do not expect your cell phone/device chargers to fit in the outlets. For some reason they kept falling out. We brought many cords & outlets, but could not use them in certain areas. Bottom line - will not be staying here again, homeowner was responsive by not polite and was accusatory instead of helpful. ##### Mary G. Séjour de 19 nuits en janvier 2023 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Meghan H. 4 nov. 2022 Points faibles : Propreté #### Great aside from dirty floors, lack of maintenance, and building construction noises The property has a great location just a short walk from the pool and onsite restaurant, and a short drive to the beach, Publix (grocery), and other restaurants. The kitchen is nice and well-equipped, as are the bedrooms. The host is responsive and has included several small but nice details (like cotton swabs in the bathrooms). We had several plumbing issues, but those should be resolved for the next guests - we were just the unfortunates who had to deal with the repair interruptions or reporting them at the end of our stay for the non-critical ones. The awful construction noises (and resulting dust) will also hopefully be over for future guests, but as the host has no control over this, you may want to enquire if there are any planned construction projects on the Villa's other units before you book. The only two things that may impact future guests are: (1) The lack of soundproofing from the directly overhead unit. You will hear occupants talking, walking, and going to the bathroom - especially in the guest bedroom. So, hope either there aren't any occupants or they keep the same hours you do. (2) The lack of cleanliness, especially the floors and outdoor spaces. Hopefully the cleaning staff will pay better attention after our bad experience and/or you'll be coming in right after another guest (since some of ours was "blamed" on it being 10 days since the previous guest). ##### Meghan H.
